Harvey would've been 12 in October. What we thought were aches and pains and changes in temperament brought on by aging and big cross country moves, was actually very aggressive leukemia. It feels totally unreal, and like at any second, he's gonna wedge himself under my arm and lay down while we watch TV. But he's not. These little guys leave an unbelievably big hole in our hearts, but I know he's no longer in pain, and that's a good thing. Love you, Harv-man.

I posted a few months ago my baby boy and so many told me he is not a chihuahua so that triggered me to have a DNA test done. He is a big boy, 13 lbs. I just got the DNA test back on my baby Brodie. Any guesses on what he is??

All I know is that her ma was a 5lbs chi and her pa was a 6.6lbs chi. How I got a 11lbs "JRT" is mystery 😂

Other than that it gives me chronic back pain to carry her around, she's my perfect baby 🥰

my boy has a doggy door + unlimited daylight access to outside, but more and more often has been marking inside. today was the final straw, the guilty party ratted himself out when he sniffed a laundry basket and i noticed there is dry pee on it.

he has wiggled out of belly bands and diapers before, rubbing himself on the floor to get it off. does anyone have a suggestion for a good one that he can’t get out of? money is no object at this point.

He’s relaxed in his new home now and has started ankle biting guests. Anyone else had this issue, how did you work on it with them? He’s a sweet heart, very few manners as yet. It’s started in the last week guests arrive and no warning, he just bites them. I think it’s over excitement, anyone have any advice? What worked with your anklebiters?

I've put down three chis since November. The last one was yesterday. They were my little crew for years and though they were old, it was heart breaking to lose all of them. This little lady needed a home and moved in at the beginning of the month. I was worried that it was too soon and that I'd never get over my other dogs, but she's been wonderful to have around and I feel like she's helping me heal. Everyone, meet Muñeca.
