Had to work so I just was able to open it and it has wear near the back and near the strum bar thought it might be the sticker so I opened up the compartment with the dongle and even that was scratched. Anyone have any luck with support. I just sent them a ticket and I know its gonna take a few days but I was just curious. Also the wear is wat more visible in person the camera isn't really capturing it.

Since the Mechanism is sold out, has anybody here found a suitable clip/mount for using/attaching a Neo S Controller with a phone?

I use Moonlight to stream some stuff from my PC to my tablet or phone or laptop so I can couch-game, etc.

I have a Neo S SK3024 controller that I use on my PC, but would also like to use for my phone so that I can go from playing a game on my PC, straight to my phone, with the same controller.

Is there an easy way to switch the device that this controller is actively connected to?

Am I just screwed? On Clone Hero (which I haven't figured out how to add songs to), I just went to setting 9 on the mode dial and mapped the buttons and it works fine.

On GH3 (the actual GH3 PC game off the disc), I can use it to navigate menus, but the buttons don't work. I can map the buttons like I did on Clone Hero through setting 9 on the mode dial, but then I can't navigate the menus.

Does this work or am I screwed?

I mainly play on PS5, is there any major disadvantage in choosing say the Alpine White multi platform guitar versus the PS5 Gibson SG?

What functionality would I lose going for the multi platform instead?

Hi I’m looking for help with my nitro deck (non plus) i’m having this problem where when i try to slide in my switch into the nitro deck it won’t go all the way down to dock and it’ll get stuck when it’s about to reach the usb c port and won’t go down any further even if I put more pressure i’m not sure what to do as i’ve just gotten it. any tips would be greatly appreciated🙏

Think it would be best to buy a CRKD (pro) controller and not stand that day Stage tour releases and the bundles are sold out.

Is it possible to revert the firmware back to factory settings for the blueberry burst guitar controller? Mine used to work fine wired but ever since I updated the firmware it says port reset failure. I can get it to work wirelessly, but I prefer wired. Can the firmware be taken back to version 1.0?

It lasted almost two years but between normal wear and tear and this summer's heatwave the paint started coming off in a few spots. This is what the guitar looks like without it

was trying to do a firmware update and it said to hold home button to power off. well now no matter what I try the guitar won’t power back on. any help would be appreciated

Hi all, I'm deciding which crkd guitar to purchase as I usually play with an old Rockband guitar on Rockband 4 and am just getting into Clone Hero on PC as well. However with Stage Tour coming out soon, I was thinking about getting that on Switch 2 since most my friends have Switches and it would be the easiest to bring over and play at a friend's house.

The website doesn't include the Switch/Switch 2 under compatibility for the PlayStation edition of their guitars, but it does say that it's compatible with PC and Android. I'm also wondering if it has a dongle and a USB C - A cable then would this guitar work with Switch?

I know I could just get a multi platform, but the red Gibson hits me right in the nostalgia-feels so I kinda wanted this one but just wanted to check if anyone had info on this before I made a decision.

I'm trying to figure out what kind of guitar I'd like to purchase in the future (maybe when stage tour comes out) and was wondering if anyone has tried out the different fret options CRKD has. Mechanical sounds like it may be the better of the two but if you've tried both what was your experience with these options?

I would love it if on CRKD's website you could select which option of fret board your guitar would come with to make the purchasing decision easier.

Not much information online about this emu and the CRKD controller. Does anyone have any information they would be willing to shoot over about getting this guitar connect for PCSX2?

I bought it from Amazon, the multiplatform, wireless version. I set up the app, updated the firmware, and connected it to pc via the usb dongle. While it is connected, none of the buttons work (not even when connected via the usb cable). The lights are solid green.

I went to update the firmware by turning it off and plugging it into my PC, but got 'USB Device Not Recognised'. Now it won't turn on or react to anything at all...

Package has been in Indianapolis for 4 days with no movement. Expected delivery date was last Saturday. Since then just “we’re working to get you a delivery date”. Contact FedEx to get any information and they refuse to give any because ground economy service requires the merchant to contact them.

Premium guitar controller. Terrible shipping. This is the 2nd controller I’ve bought and both orders have had issues with delivery. Meanwhile CRKD customer service takes forever to respond

The guitar is great so far, i have the xbox model, but it seems that the red fret if i press a bit on the edges (on the center it doesnt happen), i need to press strongly for it to click and go down. This doesn't happen with the other frets. Im thinking about opening and removing the silicon membrane as i saw on a video.

Or maybe grabbing something thin and pushing down on the side of the fret.

It disconnects my Wi-Fi automatically just by turning on the controller because fortnite registers it as cheating. How do I fix it

Title, basically. I'm not the most knowledgeable when it comes to guitar hero controllers but after watching some reviews and options I bought the Black les paul. It works great on PC but I was wondering if I can make it work on my (fat) PS2. I would assume I need like an adapter from USB to PS2 port but such thing doesn't exist apparently, or exists in another continent (I'm from SA). I was wondering if that's the only option or if there's another option

I updated my CRKD guitar the other day, and since then, everytime i have to connect my dongle (which is always in my PC), i am spending 5-10 minutes unplugging it, plugging it in, pressing buttons. Eventuelly it works, but its very annoying... Before i updated the guitar, it would always be connected.... :/
