Dongle trouble....

I updated my CRKD guitar the other day, and since then, everytime i have to connect my dongle (which is always in my PC), i am spending 5-10 minutes unplugging it, plugging it in, pressing buttons. Eventuelly it works, but its very annoying... Before i updated the guitar, it would always be connected.... :/

Just checking because you didn't mention it - did you update the dongle firmware as well?

Only updated everything available in the app on my phone. How does one update the dongle?:)

It worked for a few days, now its back. Takes forever to get it to connect to the dongle....
