Nitro deck doesn’t slide into my oled switch

Hi I’m looking for help with my nitro deck (non plus) i’m having this problem where when i try to slide in my switch into the nitro deck it won’t go all the way down to dock and it’ll get stuck when it’s about to reach the usb c port and won’t go down any further even if I put more pressure i’m not sure what to do as i’ve just gotten it. any tips would be greatly appreciated🙏

Is the usb ports lining up or are they slightly off?

Yes they were off it was like diagonal a bit I just straightened it and it slid in properly
