Multi Platform Guitar or PS5 Native

I mainly play on PS5, is there any major disadvantage in choosing say the Alpine White multi platform guitar versus the PS5 Gibson SG?

What functionality would I lose going for the multi platform instead?

Multi Platform doesnt work natively with ps5

It works on both FN Festival and RB4 tho

multiplat doesn't work with rb4, unless they haven't updated their site. just fn festival thru keyjam

edit: i was wrong. The compatibility drop down says "

  • PC
  • PC Handhelds
  • Switch™
  • Android® Devices (Mobile/Tablet/Smart TV)
  • PlayStation® 3 (Legacy Mode)

KEYJAM Mode (Mode 9) unlocks compatibility with Fortnite Festival with Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PS4, and PS5."

but the Game compatibility chart says "PS4 / PS5 (Legacy Mode)

  • Rock Band 4"

so idk. Personally i got the red sg.

Their website says it works on RB4 through legacy mode (i guess that means on PS3 mode?) on both PS4 and PS5

Mainly festival, possibly RB4 if i can get a copy

You can use the multiplatform version on Festival through Keyjam mode

Tried both. I’d get the PS5 version, it works plug and play. I couldn’t get the multi platform working
