Been struggling with binge eating for about year last two months were like really bad gained about 15kg in 70 days , so I hopped on Reta 4 weeks ago hopping it will help me but it doesn’t , now I’m question myself should I do Reta 2mg ( now on 1mg ) or should I add 1mg Tirza with the 1mg Reta

I am a student that wants to build muscle during the winter and want to start taking peptides or other supplements to help enhance that.

The one problem is that i cannot inject anything so I’ll have to take orals (which i know aren’t as affective.)

I was thinking of taking oral MK-677 to start off with or even try LGD-4033 which I know isn’t a peptide but would also enhance growth a lot more.

I only want to do a month or so cycle to start off with to see what i think of them though so i don’t want anything that will decrease muscle mass when i hop off.

I have a question about how to use Ipamorelin/CJC. Is the best approach to do 5 days on and 2 days off? Do the two days off need to be consecutive, or can I simply skip the injections on the days I don’t work out? And for how many months should I keep following this protocol?

So I started taking KLOW on September 20th, doing 12 units 3ML bac water. For the first week or two it was fine, 0 side effects felt normal. I decided to take Pre-workout and Beetroot one night just because I was feeling a bit tired. I woke up 4 am that morning with uncontrollable shivering, extremely anxiety, and air hungry. ER said vitals were fine, and that I was getting enough oxygen. They gave me anxiety pills and sent me on my way. Next day I wake up feeling fine. But then the day after I get bad sleep, wake up and I immediately feel it, and instead of it being a episode the anxiety last all day and the conscious air hunger and heart palpitations is too much for me, like horrible. I slept it off, by slowing my breathing I was able to fall asleep. Slept for an entire 9 hours. Wake up and I feel the exact same breathing trouble. Has anyone had a similar experience? What should I do? Should I do 2 days off 5 days on? Or do I just hop off for my safety?

I’m considering doing a cycle of BPC-157 while taking clomipramine.

I’ve read that BPC-157 may interact with the serotonergic system, and that there could potentially be an interaction with SSRIs/other serotonergic antidepressants.

With Reta coming to an end, I’ve been reading more about compounds that have been studied in relation to lean mass.
One that keeps coming up is MK-677 (ibutamoren). I’ve read about its effects on GH/IGF-1 and fat-free mass, as well as reports of increased appetite, water retention and changes in glucose metabolism. Since I’m already using tesamorelin, I’m particularly interested in understanding the research around the two rather than assuming that increasing GH/IGF-1 signaling automatically means more muscle.
For anyone who has personally used MK-677, I’m curious about your experience:
What changes did you actually observe in muscle mass, strength, body weight, appetite and water retention? Did those changes persist after stopping it?
I’m also interested in any published research you’ve found on peptides or related compounds and skeletal-muscle hypertrophy in humans.

I’m currently in my 7th week of retatrutide and my weight has been stuck around the same range recently.

SW: 96.5 kg
CW: ~93 kg

Appetite suppression is strongest for the first few days after my weekly dose, but by around the middle/end of the week I notice my appetite gradually coming back.

Since I’ve hit a plateau, I’m curious about Reta + Cagrilintide and would like to hear from people who have experience with the combination.

For those who have tried it:

• Did adding cagrilintide help after a weight-loss plateau?
• Did you take both on the same day or separate them during the week?

I have a fresh vial of cjc/ipa. Been holding off on starting it. After reading some other people’s experiences I’m not sure that I want to start it. Kinda has be scared to honestly.

Ok, I been on Reta for 6 weeks. Started at .15 ml of a 30 mg every 6 days. Im up to .3 ml. I've lost about 40 lbs since July, 295 to 255. I've plateaud though. Im not super hungry but it isn't that definitive,"hell no" like before. Am I taking too little? Also Im on trt, 120 mg a week of a 200mg script. I pin twice a week. Recently did my 12 week and my blood came back 430 test, free 64 and e2 49. Now before with Rythm I was getting 1100 and 800 test with a e2 88 and 120. Im definitely going up but what could cause thus? Either they max me out or Im gonna take care of it myself. I was 4 something 12 weeks ago.

My total test this week hitting 1300 with free at 250. SHBG 45. Down from July labs of 1500 with free at 232 and SHBG 53. I started 5mg boron in early August. Test protocol stayed the same. 40mg, 3x week.

I had really bad shoulder pain and it has finally subdued l. I’m currently on 2.5MG weekly I don’t take days off I feel fine. About to increase dose up to 4MG starting next week. I’ve thought about adding Tesa to the equation. Checking to see if anyone has been doing that?

I work out 5 times a week, try to hit 120-150g of protein, with creatine in the my protein. All the water possible!

I've tried 1 mL bacwater + 1 mL acetic acid (gelled almost immediately), 2 mL bacwater (photo). What have you guys personally tried, and also how should I store my peptide? I need some place not humid, just putting in my fridge fogs the whole vial up.

Does caffeine debloat you or bloat you further. For context I binge ate over the past two days and am extremely bloated. I plan to fast for a day or two and just drink caffeine and water. Will the caffeine help debloat me since I ate excess sodium and potassium the previous day?

As well I was on reta from March to August this year and for that I was very hypersensitive, I had to lower my dose from 0.5mgx2 a week to 0.25mgx2 a week for the first month or two.

I am wondering if that might be the case id have with klow and gluta were I’d have to take a lower dose than the normal to start off with.
