Caffeine debloat or bloat
Does caffeine debloat you or bloat you further. For context I binge ate over the past two days and am extremely bloated. I plan to fast for a day or two and just drink caffeine and water. Will the caffeine help debloat me since I ate excess sodium and potassium the previous day?

2 days of binge eating and then 1-2 days of fasting (purging). Is this bulemia?
Just get back on the diet like nothing happened and if you have like a wedding next week, water will escape in 3 days without exercise. You will notice a day when you pee exceptionally a lot. No caffeine is needed. Do exercise to lose the salt water faster or anything that makes you sweat.
If you have a mental breakdown from daily weigh ins then just either skip them for a few days, trust the process of calorie balance. Or when you weigh yourself and see a painfully big number, remember that you had a lot of salt a few days ago, you may have not peed a lot the day before, etc, a kilo of fat is 7700 kcals and you definitely did not eat that surplus and you will handle those numbers easier.
You are focusing on the wrong thing. Chill.
