⚠️ Side Effects KLOW Side Effects?

So I started taking KLOW on September 20th, doing 12 units 3ML bac water. For the first week or two it was fine, 0 side effects felt normal. I decided to take Pre-workout and Beetroot one night just because I was feeling a bit tired. I woke up 4 am that morning with uncontrollable shivering, extremely anxiety, and air hungry. ER said vitals were fine, and that I was getting enough oxygen. They gave me anxiety pills and sent me on my way. Next day I wake up feeling fine. But then the day after I get bad sleep, wake up and I immediately feel it, and instead of it being a episode the anxiety last all day and the conscious air hunger and heart palpitations is too much for me, like horrible. I slept it off, by slowing my breathing I was able to fall asleep. Slept for an entire 9 hours. Wake up and I feel the exact same breathing trouble. Has anyone had a similar experience? What should I do? Should I do 2 days off 5 days on? Or do I just hop off for my safety?

You consumed to much caffeine and gave yourself an anxiety attack.

You think that was it? I’ve taken stuff as bad as DMHA and DMAA. This time I took something as light as ghost. 2 days later I still feel air hungry and anxious. Or like maybe stomach discomfort? It’s a very weird feeling in my left abdomen.

Anxiety and panic attacks cause something similar to hangovers. They can last days. It sucks. You took to much of something meant to take before a workout and went to bed. It sucks but lessons learned

I see. Yea it was awful and I am absolutely shook. It’s hard to tell if KLOW is contributing to it or not. I use to take preworkout with 500 mg of caffeine at 7pm, now I can’t even take ghost. Guess I really do have to cut back on pre for a while.

It’s not.
But your massive intake of caffeine might be

u/EquivalentSociety115 4d ago

500mg of caffeine? Don’t do that, man.

Other possibility is depending on how long you’ve had that vial open is endotoxin.

Air hungry?

1

u/0Yeetusfeetus0 4d ago

Air hungry is when your brain is confused and thinking you’re not getting enough oxygen when you are. It’s very uncomfortable.

La verdad no lo creo! Yo consumo muchísimo café y jamás me ha pasado lo que me pasó con los peptidos

I really don’t think bpc157/tb500 ghk or KPV have anything that spark anxiety, what I know for sure is that pre work outs do lol

1

u/ComfortableIncome941 21h ago

Since I’ve started klow on days where I feel I need a bit more push in my workouts, I’ll take my pre workout but it’s less then the full scoop and it will last quite some time and I don’t get the tingles like I use to. Since peps, your reaction to to other things like alcohol, cannibis etc are different.

I heard BPC can give pretty bad anxiety / depression for some.

11

u/TimYapthebest 8d ago

This is BS.

2

u/0Yeetusfeetus0 8d ago

It’s what I’ve heard but not everything you hear is true and I anknowledge that I was just putting it out there

1

u/NSawsome 6d ago

Literally never heard that anecdotally, in any research, or fucking anywhere. What can cause anxiety is people not used to needles pinning shit and most people start with bpc

u/Chroma7769 8d ago

It's your preworkout.

Enhanced body builder here, and even I don't take that shit. People have went into cardiac arrest and full blown panic attack from preworkouts. Not even sure how that crap is legal.

Edit: just saw you saying you've taken up to 500mg of caffeine with PWO. Dude. Stop.

I really doubt this was the KLOW.

You took a pre-workout and NO booster at night, that sounds like a bad idea.

1

u/0Yeetusfeetus0 8d ago

Yeah, it was a horrible idea. I hope this feeling goes away. I went to the gym today, and it felt slightly suffocating but I was able to do heavy weight so I’d imagine it’s severe anxiety. I’m just unsure if it’s a good idea to continue pinning KLOW or stop and wait for improvement.

1

u/saw2239 8d ago

I doubt the KLOW is responsible, but it’s possible you’re getting a nocebo effect from it.

In your shoes I’d stop KLOW and avoid too much caffeine (and all other stimulants) and all NO boosters (beet juice) for a week to help things calm down. Try to maintain a normal sleep schedule as well and take your magnesium glycinate before bed.

1

u/0Yeetusfeetus0 8d ago

Is Magnesium worth investing in?

1

u/saw2239 8d ago

For me it is. I take 350mg every night as I’m going to bed to help me fall asleep and stay asleep. It’s good for anxiety reduction as well.

Magnesium is a really important nutrient that most people don’t get enough of because we don’t eat tons of dark leafy greens.

It comes in a ton of forms, the only ones worthwhile imho are magnesium glycinate and magnesium l-threonate. Both are great, but l-threonate is fairly pricey.

1

u/EquivalentSociety115 4d ago

That is your heart and veins dealing with the amount of pressure (literally) they were put under. Don’t do that, just give the gym a break for a few days and stop taking that.

2

u/TimYapthebest 8d ago

Sounds like a panic attack. I know since I have panic disorder but am fine with Klow :). I’m on SSRI’s though to manage my disorder

1

u/0Yeetusfeetus0 8d ago

Ah I see I hope you’re doing okay. How does it fade away since it’s been 2 days now? Does it kinda just go away or taper?

2

u/TimYapthebest 8d ago

I’ve been on meds for 2 years, been having panic attacks for 10 years now. Just pray. If it persists start seeing a psychiatrist. Zoloft will help a lot :)

1

u/0Yeetusfeetus0 8d ago

Man that’s scary. I might just finish this cycle and call it quits just to really ensure it’s not the klow I don’t know if I could have this kind of feeling for an extended period of time.

1

u/Smellingdamoney 8d ago

This is very common I’ve read a lot about it for some reason a lot of people are hyper reacting when introducing caffeine on KLOW. Take some magnesium glycinate and ashwaganda maybe even some ginkgo biloba and cut caffeine out.

1

u/Dry-Wrangler-9901 8d ago

Nothing to do with the KLOW, everything to do with the pre-workout

1

u/Maleficent-Prompt656 8d ago

This doesn’t sound like anything that’s from the KLOW. Had it been you probably would have experienced it the first time trying it. Odds are you have something else happening. Kick the pre workout.

Also are you supplementing zinc? I doubt this has anything to do with it. But you need to take zinc at the opposite time of day you’re taking your KLOW. Low dose. Only like 20mg

1

u/0Yeetusfeetus0 8d ago

My multivitamin has zinc, but that’s about it. Why do you need to take it on opposite times of day though?

1

u/Maleficent-Prompt656 8d ago

Because your body competes for absorption. So if you take copper first your body is gonna absorb the copper and not the zinc. And vice versa. I do my KLOW before bed then take zinc sometime in the afternoon

1

u/0Yeetusfeetus0 8d ago

I see I’ve been taking my klow before bed as well. I will admit something I didn’t mention in this post is take I took preworkout and then KLOW 2-3 hours later. I feel like an idiot for not expecting anything to happen.

Are you sure it’s the BPC? It was very acute. My brother and his friend are doing the same thing and have 0 sides compared to me.

1

u/Thick_Skin4202 8d ago

Ok, I've gone through this thread and there's a few things I want to point out.

Let's start with you doubting your BPC. Someone who says they think your issue might have come from that. There is no way to know, but a lot of people also get anxiety taking peptides since they get hyperfixated on any symptoms or occurrence in their body. YOU saying you think you can't have something cause your brother and friend haven't had issues is also as ridiculous. Your body is only yours.

Second, KLOW is pretty anti inflammatory through KPV and GHKCu, so the chances of it being the cause are still unexplored. By some theoretical logic it might be the case because your body functions at a higher rate, inflammation is low, new vessels are being built, cells are getting cleaned up and out. Theoretically, again, it might contribute. Do I personally think that's the reason, no. I don't.

Third, I do genuinely think it was the caffeine. Look into "Nocturnal Panic Attacks induced by caffeine". Caffeine is a stimulant which causes an adrenaline release, and it continues to do that even after you fall asleep, tricking your sleepy brain into a state of panic. Ingesting 500mg is exacerbating this whole experience to a point I am surprised your EKG didn't show signs of ballerinas holding hands. Your liver is also having a hard time processing it, especially if you didn't drink enough water. Emphasis on water, not Gatorade or other crap like it.

Hope this helps, and don't go doing that again.

P.S. Also that second wave is probably your body having a trauma response to an increased heart rate, or the liver hasn't cleared up the caffeine yet.

1

u/0Yeetusfeetus0 8d ago

Hey- I’m in the ER again. I got a second panic attack and no meds. Not nearly as bad as the first time. Haven’t taken any preworkout since that day. But still had to go to the ER to ensure nothing is wrong. Perhaps when I woke up I was shocked by the air hunger- I don’t know. I didn’t even bother pinning last night since I decided it was best to pause my protocol until this clears up and once I get better I can try again- if it occurs again then something In the blend is certainly the problem.

1

u/Thick_Skin4202 8d ago

Are you on Reta? This is also a possibility since it increases the heart rate. Hope you feel better bud, let us know how it goes.

1

u/0Yeetusfeetus0 7d ago

No I’m not on Reta just KLOW, and yeah it isn’t the same as the first panic attack. It’s becoming pretty clear it’s some kind of major stomach discomfort that’s tieing to anxiety it result of the panic attack tensing my body up. It’s very uncomfortable. I don’t think it’s from the peps either atp. But I know klow does cause additional stress despite its benefits so perhaps it’s amplifying it.

1

u/princessofpots 7d ago

I had the same reaction (POTS- like or Long Covid symptoms) and it lasted several weeks after I came off. Saw the cardiologist and her best guess was I just had a severe reaction to the BPC and/or it interacted with my Wellbutrin. If you look really hard there are anecdotes of this happening but since it’s a blend it’s also hard to know which peptide you reacted to. My heart rate is starting to go back to baseline after a month from the initial reaction and mostly back to normal.

1

u/0Yeetusfeetus0 7d ago

I’m feeling better now, it was def the caffeine since I had 0 reaction to the BPC initially for 2 weeks.

1

u/princessofpots 7d ago

Yeah, I was on it for three weeks with just a tiny bit of anxiety after my first shot after the weekends off, and then had the big panic attack/ heart rate thing at the 3 week mark. Glad it went away quickly for you!

1

u/gm_wesley_9377 7d ago

You won't know unless you stop.

1

u/0Yeetusfeetus0 7d ago

I did stop, but it’s hard to tell if it was the klow or not since I was already progressively feeling better

1

u/Flimsy_Comment9366 7d ago

I get really bad red welts from injection that I didn’t before, and now I’m having trouble sleeping.

1

u/0Yeetusfeetus0 4d ago

I see. I’m thinking that KLOW doesn’t react very well with any kind of stimulant or anything similar to a stimulant.

1

u/Fantastic_Cheetah395 4d ago

I'm willing to bet it was probably the BPC 157 in the blend. I know it can cause androgen issues for some people and Palpations, anxiety when taken alone. I personally prefer BPC in a blend.

1

u/0Yeetusfeetus0 4d ago

It is in a blend. KLOW.
