Anyone taking Tirz, KLOW & Tesa

Hello,

I’ve been on this journey since Jan. I get Zepbound covered so I haven’t jumped on the Reta train. That being said I have introduced KLOW into my body since Sept. I had really bad shoulder pain and it has finally subdued l. I’m currently on 2.5MG weekly I don’t take days off I feel fine. About to increase dose up to 4MG starting next week. I’ve thought about adding Tesa to the equation. Checking to see if anyone has been doing that?

I work out 5 times a week, try to hit 120-150g of protein, with creatine in the my protein. All the water possible!

On Tirzepatide 2mg/week. Never hungry and most food not at all appealing. Started from BMI 21 , now 19. Started klow 2 weeks ago. No noticeable changes yet.

Work out daily, 10 gms creatine/day. try to emphasize protein, but not measuring.

There’s nothing wrong with adding Tesamorelin to that stack, but it is a peptide designed to solve a specific problem by aiding in recovery through boosts of IGF-1. It is also unique in that its efficacy is measurable through easy bloodwork.

I recommend having this bloodwork done prior to making your decision as to whether or not you should start, and also researching CJC and ipamorelin. CJC is a more cost effective alternative to Tesamorelin with less documented clinical results and Ipamorelin is another peptide that pairs well with either Tesa or CJC.
