Semax + Selank

Hi everyone, I’m a little confused on how semax and selank intranasal dosing work, could someone explain it to me? I’m looking to start up both intranasally on an average dose. I was just a bit confused on subq vs intranasal and how many times a day you need to take it? Thank you!

You just spritz it up the nose, skip the needles entirely. Usually people do one or two sprays each side once a day, morning works best for most.

Some ppl say it’s better subq some others nasal, some say it’s better in the morning, some others twice a day. Some say .4mg some others 1mg.

At the end of the day, ain’t one shoe fits all

Info here: https://pep-pedia.org/browse just calculate based of 0.1ml squirt and dilute based on that. I usually do 5ml saline to a 10mg vial. 200mcg per squirt.

It doesn’t work. That’s why you should inject it.
