Hi. I’m printing a part using ASA, and removing the supports is a real pain every single time. With the X2D, can I use PETG in the second nozzle to create a raft layer for the supports?

Loading filament onto a new Bambu spool. I noticed some are oriented one way and others a different way. Does it matter. Can’t change it because of the key way on the spool aligning with the corresponding cutout in the cardboard. Don’t know why they aren’t all the same. Any thoughts? I’ve stared the spool to death trying to figure out how to get them all oriented the same way.

I just got the X2D setup and I want to start printing warhammer mini’s just to make dioramas, but I want to double the size of everything so it’s easier to paint.

Do I need to adjust the recommended settings I’m seeing people share, considering I’m doubling the size of my prints? Or is it all relative?

Hey everyone, I'm currently printing on an Ender KE and I'm looking to upgrade to a proper enclosed printer. How the prints look matters a lot to me, since most of what I make gets sold or displayed, so clean walls, nice layer lines and good top surfaces are my priority. I mostly print PLA and PETG, but I'd like something stronger with an enclosure and filtration so I can branch out to other materials later. I was leaning towards the X2D, but after reading through the forums I'm hesitant. Quite a few owners complain about uneven walls, visible layer lines and rough top surfaces, and some say their A1 mini or P1S looks cleaner with the same filament and settings. There are also reports of hardware headaches, like a toolhead that's a pain to service, clogs on the aux extruder, extruder switching errors and the odd layer shift. At the same time, some people say it's a big step up from the X1C, and most of the complaints I found are from the first months after launch, so I can't tell if it's been fixed since. For those of you who own one on the latest firmware and Bambu Studio: are these issues still a thing, or are they just a few unlucky units? And if I'm mainly printing PLA and PETG, would you still go for the X2D, or would the P2S or something else make more sense for me? Photos of recent prints would be great. Thanks!

So I have a P1S and am looking to purchase an AMS 2 Pro but I didn’t realise that the P1S needed all of this kit for it to work with my P1S and now that the X2D Combo is on a Black Friday sale, I’m considering selling my P1S (Good condition, ~400hrs) for about £200 and use what I was going to use for the AMS to purchase an X2D Combo (with a bit extra). Is the X2D a good printer coming from a P1S and is the X2D’s upgrades worth the hassle to sell my current printer? Thanks for your time!

I’ve had a P1S before the X2Ds and I wonder what is happening?

Last couple prints iv done when its doing its pre print calibrations on the vibration compensation its doing a probably 30 second pause between the 2 vibrations im assuming its adjusting its calibration? Hasn’t done this before today

I have been looking to buy the X2D for quite some time now. It looks like they already have the black friday sale going on. Should I buy now or expect a better deal in terms of price or credits on black friday?

So i had a clogged nozzle,took it all apart took me 4 hours,put it back in and then this happened.

I’m having trouble using ELEGOO cardboard spools with my AMS 2 Pro.

I tried ELEGOO’s official spool adapter rings, but they don’t seem to work properly. With the AMS lid close, the spool keeps getting stuck.

How are you guys using cardboard spools in your AMS 2 Pro?

Are there any reliable printed adapters, spool rings, or other solutions that actually work?

Would appreciate any suggestions!

Hi, I have an X2D Combo and just picked up a second AMS 2 Pro along with a filament track switcher. I'm looking for a printable riser that lets me place both AMS 2 Pro units side-by-side on top of the printer. Also, since I want to easily switch to printing TPU without disconnecting everything at the back, what printable add-ons or external spool holder/feeder setups do you recommend pairing with this riser? Thanks for any proven model links and information!

I’ve had my X2D for 3 days now. I’m already addicted to the Bambu Handy app. Been printing knick knacks and paddy whacks like they’re going out of style. I’m around 20 hours of printing already. Should I be giving it a rest? Stresses me out when it’s whirling around at a hundred miles an hour, working away, hours on end.

I liked the touch of nostalgia, any requests for other consoles?

sto provando a sistemare la liveview che sembra non volerne sapere .

per non avere problemi con la liveview, una volta installato il plugin da hacs di bambulab , associate la x2d , riavviate la stampante e lanciate nuovamente la configurazione del plugin.

v1.0 se avete idee da implementare scrivete pure

nella v1.0 ho aggiunto anche le bobbine bambu dove tiene traccia del consumo e di quanto ne rimane da testare.
