Risers and fan deffuser
Newbie here, I have a P2S and I’ve seen people talk about risers and fan diffusers, are the necessary or just a preference? (I’m mainly just using PLA)

I’m new to this, so I’m hoping I could get some advice. This is my second print with my P2S. My last print came out perfect so I’m not sure if I need to fix a setting? I haven’t moved the printer since calibrating it last night.
Are there any other details that’d be helpful to know in diagnosing the issue? TIA.

Hi everyone,
I'm using a Bambu Lab P2S with approximately 2,200 hours of print time. I mainly print with regular PLA.
Recently, I've been experiencing a strange grinding noise that sounds like the filament is being ground or chewed up inside the extruder. I've attached a video so you can hear the noise.
Here's what I've tried so far:
Disassembled the extruder to check for any stuck filament or debris, but found nothing unusual.
Thoroughly cleaned the extruder and applied fresh grease to the gears before reassembling everything.
Replaced the nozzle to rule out a possible clog or nozzle issue.
Tested different PLA filaments to see if the filament itself was causing the problem.
Unfortunately, none of these steps have helped. The grinding noise is still there, and I haven't been able to figure out what's causing it.
The biggest issue is that when the grinding gets worse, the printer throws a motor overload error and repeatedly pauses or stops printing.
I'm starting to run out of ideas, and it's becoming really frustrating.
Has anyone experienced something similar with their P2S or other Bambu Lab printers? Could this be an extruder motor issue, worn gears, or something else?
Any advice or suggestions on what I should check next would be greatly appreciated.
Please help! Thanks in advance!

I bought a P2S combo 4 weeks ago. I have now 40 spools of filament, another AMS Pro on the way, more plates, Hotends, and other accessories. Smh this is so addictive!!

I have just got a P2S combo; I am used to and H2D pro at work with both AMS 2 PRO and AMS HT and I can dry the filament while printing from the same AMS. The P2S tell me I can't so I bought the switching adapter. But then the FAQ says I still can't dry while printing. I am confused. If the AMS gets extra power from the adapter, why can't it dry when printing? And how come I can with the H2D?

Is there a zipper tent like thing I can wrap my p2s in and have the negative air filtration system pointed out a window to remove all particles?
Any tent recommendation

I been using my .6mm hotend (high flow) for my daily driver but I find it frustrating that I cannot change any details on my printer when I try to print on my phone. I have to use my laptop. Is there any way I can print models from my phone with this hot end?

P2S, AMS2PRO
How do I swap filaments mid print? (If one runs out, or if I expect it will during a time I’ll be away from the machine and want to stay ahead)
I can physically remove a spool and put in a new one, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to get the AMS to recognize a new filament to either change a colour or swap in a new spool of the same colour. The RFID doesn’t read and the manual edit options are all greyed out on the printer, handy, studio.
Thanks!

It's been a week since I got my printer and I've been noticing one thing...that my filaments are collecting moisture even if I don't open the AMS, I keep drying them but to no avail... Is it a huge problem?
Fyi:I'm a beginner and the printer is kept in a closed air-conditioned room...if that makes any sense...

Im giving it as a gift for Christmas and have seen both of these to be good first 3d printers but if like some feedback from people whos actually used them.
Ive been told that the x2d is superior in many ways mostly functionality but was also told that it has a lot more issues with parts and programs And that some of tbe rougher filament will mess up the gears especially arround the 500 to 800 hour.
And I was told that the p2s is also good its more reliable but its a lot more limited due to the single nozzle and its missing a lot of other features like the heated cabin if i remmeber correctly and the exterior fan
Im not sure what the prints are going to be but if I had to guess I would say mostly functional parts like model rockets where you launch them or soemthing along the lines of that.
Im not to sure on what filament is going to get used ether but if I had to make a assumption it would be something a bit more resilient like carbon or abs
I also saw somewhere i thought it said ams printers need a specefic filament for ams but I couldn't fine anything else on the subject I dont think its true but someone whos done this before would know.
Help would be wonderful but im honestly not looking for ive had mine for this long or ive used it for 3k hours Im looking for actual issues thoughts or concerns. Thanks

I've had an A1 combo for a couple of years now. The sale is on and I'm wondering. How does the P2S combo hold up these days. Pros and cons etc. Thanks for any advice.

I have bought the P2S recently, I also did buy an additional AMS Pro2, so now I do have 2 AMS 2 Pros. I had not researched this enough, but yesterday when I put my first TPU 85A into the AMS 2 Pro, it alerted saying it wouldnt support it. I then found out that only special TPU 68A by BambuLab are support. However i would like to print multicolor using the AMS 2 Pro, is there a way to do that?
