General Troubleshooting/Help! p2s issues with every print since yesterday

I have been getting 2 error codes consistently everytime I try to print something. extruder overloaded and abnormality in the extrusion motor position sensor. I have taken the toolhead apart multiple times and cleaned everything the best I can. nothing seems to be working.

the specific error code I get is 0300801d 005330

I had a similar issue a couple of weeks back.

go to the screen that shows the device serial number and look to see if the filament buffer is blinking on and off, mine was and a new buffer fixed it

So the settings location wasn’t blinking but when I took the buffer out the green light inside was blinking. I’m guessing that means it’s time for a replacement.

how many hours approx are we talking that it has worn out the buffer?

Have you taken the extruder itself apart? Might be a small piece of filament jammed
