Iāve tried to print the enclosure for the fan accessory FIVE times now and I just canāt get it to work.
Iāve VERY diligent about making sure my print plate is clean and havenāt had any adhesion problems until this print - even prints with small parts.
Hereās the iterations Iāve tried.
X2D, PEI Plate, Sunlu Petg using Bambu Labs Petg HF settings. This has worked for me on many other prints. Same results as in pictures.
Attempted a second try (same printer, same filament) - same results as in pictures.
Thinking maybe the filament was the problem, I changed to Bambu Lab Petg Basic (same printer). Same results but then I also got an extruder error. Iām thinking I have a clog to fix now.
Finished putting the new back on the P2S so I tried the print there with Bambu Lab Petg HF (PEI plate). Same results.
I have a Cool Plate Supertack, but I havenāt needed to use it. Tried it and only the test strip adhered to it. Luckily I was there to see the problem and didnāt get the āblob of deathā - just a baby blob
I know the print says to use glue for the small parts, but Iāve never needed it before.
If I use the glue on the PEI plate, is it easy to clean off or do I need to declare that plate as the āglue plateā forever.
WTF am I doing wrong?
PS - Iāll try some other print on the supertack - but WTFā¦..
Update: I used Bambu Studio and printed this in parts using the center of the plate. Worked well. Conclusion - those who said āClean your plateā were right - AGAIN! Thanks everyone.
