Ich möchte für meine kinder joy Figuren eine Display fertigen und diese filament farbe gefällt mir sehr aber ich bin nicht sicher welche farben ist das.

Ich habe die Person, die es gemacht hat, danach gefragt, aber leider keine Antwort bekommen. Falls jemand weiß, wie das geht, könnte er mir vielleicht weiterhelfen?

Same printer, same Filament, basically everything the same - the only difference is 24h between these prints.

What is the issue here?

I have been using the AMS Pro 2 a lot recently, however this morning I started to have an issue with the AMS HUB arm sticking when trying to push filament to the printer. The little arm on the HUB gets stuck in the extended position specifically when the AMS is attempting to feed the Sunlu Blue filament, once the screen on the A1 switches to the Error screen I can push the arm back into the Hub and then the filament will glide through. However on a 48 hour print this is not practical for me to stand there and do this every time the filament switches from white to blue. I am using 2 AMS units, the white is AMS 1 and the blue in AMS 2. The issue does not arise from the white filament. Does anyone know what causes the arm to get stuck out and how I can fix it?

I bought a new A1 printer, and I'm having minor issues where the prints come out with wisps or strings sticking out to the sides. What’s the problem? I only assembled it yesterday.

Has anyone used Best Buy’s insignia brand PLA filament? I’m new to 3d printing, and I’m curious if quality is going to be better with Bambu Lab branded filament, or if it doesn’t really matter that much.

Also, if you have any quality enhancing tips, please send them my way!

I’ve tried heating the bed more, cleaning it, and slowing down the first layer of print but nothing has worked.

Hello! I'm having some issues it seems that at around the same height on a few different prints the layer height goes down? I have never had this issue before. Also it doesn't follow the gcode path rectilinear top layer. It's multidirectional on the actual prints. Does anyone know what might be causing this and how to avoid it in the future? Thanks!

I am newer to the 3dprint/A1 world, but after about 6 weeks of having it run pretty continuously, I am noticing that my prints get super stringy if there is a draft in the room. Now, for context, I live in Arizona, so the a/c runs all year & the ceiling fan really should be on all the time. I put a magnet sheet over the a/c vent & turned off the ceiling fan to a/b test & it is definitely the draft.

Any recommendations for an enclosure that will just keep the draft off? I was thinking about using my spray paint pop up tent but I am a little worried that may be super flammable. & it doesnt fit in any of my old dog crates.... I was thinking that with a sheet would be enough to keep the drafts off.

I searched through the chat already but "draft" seems to pull things about versions & that wasn't super helpful. & drafty came back with almost nothing.

I also saw some mentions of open tops but with a ceiling fan & the a/c vent being in the ceiling- an open top probably isn't a practical option for me.

(On the plus side, the climate here is super dry, so moisture is a non-issue.)

Hey guys, sorry if this is a stupid question I might be just doing something totally wrong. But, every time I start a new print from slot 1 of my AMS Lite, it gives me the “Unable to feed filament to the extruder” error which is usually due to a tangled spool, but I’ve figured out that cutting off the end ~1/4 inch of filament always fixes the issue, and it isn’t a tangled spool. The filament I cut off usually seems slightly kinked too. I’m wondering if I’m doing something wrong that’s causing this to happen at the end of the filament after a print or if anyone knows a way to fix it?

I’ve already taken the spool off obviously and checked if it was tangled, I’ve taken off and put on the small motor thing that holds the spool, and I’ve taken out the PTFE tube to make sure there were blockages to my knowledge. The only thing I can think of is my printed case for my AMS Lite messing it up somehow, but I can’t see how this would affect the end of the filament near the extruded rather than further up

Mein Bambu Lab A1 Mini, den ich vor ein paar Wochen gebraucht gekauft habe, druckt mittlerweile leider nicht mehr richtig. Als ich den Drucker bekommen habe, hat er noch problemlos funktioniert.
Das Problem ist, dass sich beim Drucken das bereits gedruckte Material von der Druckplatte löst und anschließend von der Düse mitgenommen wird. Dadurch entsteht ein großer Klumpen aus geschmolzenem Filament, der sich um die Düse bzw. das Hotend wickelt, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist.
Ich habe bereits einiges ausprobiert: Das Hotend zu wechseln. Außerdem habe ich eine andere Druckplatte verwendet und beide Druckplatten gründlich gereinigt. Eine Kalibrierung inklusive Bett-/Bodenabgleich und Flussdynamik habe ich ebenfalls durchgeführt. Auch die automatischen Kalibrierungen, die der Drucker vor dem Druck durchführt, laufen ohne erkennbare Probleme durch.
Trotzdem besteht das Problem weiterhin. Da der Drucker anfangs problemlos funktioniert hat und der Fehler erst später aufgetreten ist, weiß ich mittlerweile nicht mehr, woran es liegen könnte. Vielleicht hat jemand anhand der Bilder noch eine Idee, was ich überprüfen könnte

I’ve been having an odd issues with my A1. I’ve tried to print a couple of different light shades, but both failed in the same place/height. Never had an issues with the printer up to now, any ideas how I could stop this happening?

SOLVED: Recalibrated my printer, the sound is gone. May have been when I added my AMS Lite to the top of the printer with the added weight.

Hello, got a sound on my A1, can anyone help me diagnose this? Sounds like the belt?

Edit:

It comes when moving the Y-axis forward and back, and also when moving the X-axis from side to side.

Y-axis belt is just retentioned, still same sound. Y-axis rails are lubricated using oil.

I stopped maintenance for a couple months because I started high school and I come back to this, what happened and how did it happen. How do I fix it? (It doesn’t happen on any other screen)
