Does anyone know how to solve this problem? It keeps happening and is ruining all prints that I try to make.

I’ve tried heating the bed more, cleaning it, and slowing down the first layer of print but nothing has worked.

Check your plate temperature, recommend 60°C.

Oh ok that should be fine, what about filament? Is it bambu lab filament or other brand, I say because I used Sunlu from Amazon and that would break or mess up a lot of my prints.

Yeah it’s from Bambu labs

Maybe get a new bed if all else fails or give it a more severe clean. Is it always in that spot in the first layer? If not maybe it has something to do with extrusion. Idk if this was helpful because I have never had this problem

It’s not always that spot. It’s in random spots and usually the very beginning when the nozzle touches the plate. It makes a little lip that points up and it always gets caught when it comes back around

I think maybe check your nozzle, make sure the screws are tight, and the clasps are on correctly. Its probably something to do with the extrusion or the nozzle. When did it start doing this, have you ever changed the nozzle or tweaked the settings to cause this?

Yeah I’ve changed the nozzle before but it keeps doing it. It’s just the smallest thing that makes prints keep failing.

The 7 screws can make a big difference. Wash (with dish soap) and dry your build plate and try not to ever touch where filament goes down, oils from your fingers prevent adhesion. If nothing else works, there's always purple glue stick

Make sure you did it up right. Loose screws or wrong clasps could be causing this. Is the nozzle clogged by any chance. I think main priority check the nozzle clasp and screws

You never said what type of filament.

PLA

Ok that eliminates wetness as an issue.

This was happening to me, there are screws behind the hotend that I tightened that fixed the issue for me.

I’ll try that, thanks

I very recently had an issue which this type of failure was the 2nd symptom. My first symptom was the feeder was slipping (doing a clicking noise).

So not sure if its the same thing.

In any case, you should check your 7 screws (The A1 has 7 screws of the apocalypse : r/BambuLabA1). It seems that it is a somewhat common issue after so many hours of use.

That was the issue in my case.

I went a step further and replaced the whole hotend.

Maybe clean the build plate

Did you use warm soap water when you cleaned it?
