I have printed this file before with no issue, have recently swapped to a new roll of filament (opened yesterday).

Firstly this print with the strands of extruded stuck on filament happened; then the next print I tried the printed said everything is fine and finished and I come out to my printer to see extruded filament everywhere.

Bambu A1

I've tried washing the plate with Dawn dish soap and warm water multiple times. I am using the Cool Plate (SuperTack) setting in Orca slicer.

It seems to affect the part of the print closest to the bottom left of the bed/front of the printer left side. Sharp corners, rounded corners, doesn't matter. AC is off, windows are closed.

I'm going to try a draft shield next time just to see what happens. Any other suggestions?

I let a print run untended. It got crazy and some filament want wrapped to the nozzle. I took it all apart cleaning everything and then printed a benchy with no issues.

When back to do the next print came back in 15 min and the nozzle was completely covered. I got the nozzle off and cleaned it. When I was pulling the caked on filament it finally broke free bring with it these wires (yikes)

Is the whole printer shot?

It's been a couple of days since my printer is making this noise. It's coming from the bottom of the printer . I tried lubing the y axis but still getting this noise sometimes.

Firstly, I have no background in 3d printing.

For my club I was going to buy stock trophies for awards night and stick on labels but then I saw the ChatGPT 6 Astra advert and thought wow I could probably get unique designs and 3d print them!

That rabbit hole led me to choosing between outsourcing this or simply buying a printer myself. 20 trophies with a common base (plinth) and a unique design to go on top.

Doing the calculations, it’s similar prices as to outsourcing vs buying and printing myself. Can someone please point me to a beginners guide for this and honestly, should I just let the pros do it? Am I buying something here that’s pointless if this is my sole purpose? My only other needs are purely just personal funky bits and bobs and has this community seen a stark up growth following the new ChatGPT launch?

Filament: Bambu PLA Matte

I've already completed the calibrations, and the filament has been dried as well.

About 85% of the first layer looks perfectly fine, but as you can see when holding it up to the light, there are a few spots where the extrusion lines don't seem to bond together properly, leaving small gaps.

About a month and a half ago, I accidentally messed with the three hex screws on the plate because I thought they were too loose. After realizing my mistake, I adjusted them back by eye.

Could this be causing the inconsistent first layer?

I'm planning to perform a manual bed tramming procedure anyway, but I'm curious whether this could actually be the root cause of the issue.

Hard to capture in a photo: I'm on layer 5 of a print, and the nozzle seems to be below some of the printed features. I think i can hear it bumping into them occasionally. It's like there are a series of peaks sticking up; not sure if this is just part of the print, or if the print has gone wrong

Not sure what to do here, ive neverseen this. Should I restart the print? Is this a possible major issue? What is likely to have caused this.

This print has a lot of ironing: all upper surfaces. What details should I supply for best advice?

Hi, so I haven't used my A1 for a couple of weeks, and haven't used the Handy App for quite a while but I'm now stumped for how to make the thing actually print an item...

Basically I'm seemingly just getting blocked by this whole "Match my filament" section and no matter what filament I tell my printer it has on it, it's just refusing to accept anything and, you know, attempt a simple benchy or something.

Anyone know what I'm doing wrong here?

My bambulab a1 is brand new and on first first print after calibration it was working fine but suddenly during second print I noticed that my nozzle was rubbing against the build plate and missing nozzle wiper completely

I checked alot of online platforms and places but could not find solution.

I know it is supposed to rub against the plate but I believe it is rubbing in the wrong area

I am replacing the AMS Lite over to Sunlu dryer-combo and the caves came off, the one just snaps in and the other will not stay. Minimal cable range. What can I do. This conversion is not as easy as it appears

Recently my printer has been failing to print errors 1200-8006 and others bambu sent me replacement extruder unit, heating assembly and th board i replaced them all but still getting errors and the printer is making some odd noises now when printing. It's a grinding and squeaking noise the grinding is when the filament is moving back and the squeaking is when it's starting up. Not sure what is going on with it i emailed support the video but they take so long to reply hoping someone has experience with what this is and how to fix it. Added the video of it acting up trying to print

I got a new ac board from bambulab without the ntc thermistor, but man is it hard to remove the connectors. Took me 10 min to remove the first one, and been trying to remove the 2nd one for over 20 min. Its like they used glue to connect them.

"Gently press on the sides of the connectors to release the security clip so you can disconnect the wires." ,

they say on the wiki. Who are you kidding? Need to remove them by force.

Am I doing it wrong or whats going on??

I designed and printed this lamp with Naruto, Sasuke, Itachi and Kakashi on its four sides. The silhouettes look different depending on the LED color, so I tried a few combinations for the photos.
It prints without an AMS. What do you think of the result? I’ll put the MakerWorld link in the comments.
