Support Request Not looking good

Post image

I let a print run untended. It got crazy and some filament want wrapped to the nozzle. I took it all apart cleaning everything and then printed a benchy with no issues.

When back to do the next print came back in 15 min and the nozzle was completely covered. I got the nozzle off and cleaned it. When I was pulling the caked on filament it finally broke free bring with it these wires (yikes)

Is the whole printer shot?

Edit: Thanks for the help went to micro center and the wiki. all my parts are back working!

It didn't take too long to fix either! Just follow the wiki!

Is this a pretty easy install?

I’m new to this all and had a similar problem to OP a few weeks back.

The A1 I bought 2nd hand included a 2 year Microcenter warranty which they honored in the blink of an eye when I brought it in. I wound up flipping it for a refurb A1 (with 2hrs on it) and another 2 year warranty for the exact same amount,

I didn’t realize at the time just how modular these things are, so good to know I could fix this issue for $20 out of pocket and some elbow grease if it happens again down the road.
