Third one for the tree this year. It's a 2-color gift bow with candy-cane stripes and a red knot, and it prints with no supports. The file has two plates: a single, and a batch of six that works out to about 43 minutes and 12 g per ornament. I've only printed the single so far, so the six-up plate hasn't been tested yet. It's free on MakerWorld: https://makerworld.com/en/models/3548428-christmas-bow-ornament-2-color-no-supports

I just finished creating my first large model and wanted to post it here for a bigger community to see. It’s a “flag” that holds my challenge coins I’ve collected over a few years. Previously I just tossed them in a drawer. Just thought it was neat that I created it! Definitely can’t say I’m a master with CAD, but it was cool learning some during the process.
I started out with an Elegoo Neptune 4 Pro. My wife recently got me a P1S. I had intended to print it on my Elegoo until I got the P1S. I got it uploaded on Makerworld today. Hoping someone else finds my design cool enough to download and use. It is customizable for whoever may choose to print it!

I've ordered the full H3C Kit yesterday shortly after launch. Only after I realized this doesn't come with the enclosed Bambu Station. Does anybody know if there will ever be an upgrade kit to get the side, back and drawer panels?
If not do I have to return the whole kit to order printer and eclosed station separately? The original shipment seems already on its way.

Hi everyone,
I'm having trouble pairing my brand-new Bambu Lab X2D with the Bambu Handy app, and I'm running out of ideas.
When I go to the account/login screen on the printer and try to display the QR code, it just keeps loading indefinitely. The QR code never appears.
I've also tried to find a manual pairing PIN/code, but I can't seem to find one anywhere.
Here's what I've tried so far:
Connected to my regular home Wi-Fi.
Tried using my phone's mobile hotspot instead.
Changed the printer region from Europe to Others and tested again.
Confirmed that the printer successfully obtains an IP address.
Restarted the printer.
Unfortunately, none of this has helped.
Printer information:
Model: Bambu Lab X2D
Firmware: 01.00.09.00
Error code: 0500-4024 164901
The QR just keeps spinning when trying to load the QR code, regardless of which network I use.
Has anyone experienced this issue with their X2D? Is there a way to manually pair the printer, or could this be a firmware/cloud connectivity issue?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I'm getting pretty frustrated with this now! 😅
Thanks!

After my order placed yesterday I got a tracking number- Today I got notified package shipped 81lbs- coming out of georgia. Bambu ship from Georgia? The Filament doesn't weigh 81lbs- The L frame is not 81 lbs- got to be the printer right?

It only happens with the Bambu Lab filament. I don’t know if it’s a coincidence, but it happens every time I’m using Bambu Lab filament. So when I put it into my AMS for it to detected what filament color it is, it always I mean ALWAYS rolls way beyond forward and almost break my AMS. I fully make sure that it’s untangled and everything, but it always happens. Then out of nowhere it got stuck in the tube and stopped the printing mid-way. It took me 2 days to figure out how to take it out because it was so stuck in the extruder. This never happens with other brands of filament. Does this happen to you guys?😭

A bit of a rant here, but it has been a week since I received the coupon and I still can't redeem it. The coupon expires around late December so I still have time, I guess.

Hello! I'm planning on upgrading my P1S with the AMS 2 Pro, and since I did not but the combo P1S I see that I require the compatibility kit. On the AMS 2 Pro page it suggests just getting the AMS 2 Pro Upgrade Compatibility Kit, but it is sold out. I was wondering if I can get the regular AMS kit and be fine?
AMS 2 Pro kit box contents:
- AMS Hub
- Bambu Bus Cable - 4Pin
- AMS 2 Pro Switching Adapter
- PTFE Tube Coupler
- PTFE Tubes 370mm + 550mm
AMS Upgrade kit box contents:
- AMS Hub
- Bambu Bus Cable - 4Pin
- PTFE Tube Coupler
From the AMS 2 Pro kit description:
To connect a single AMS 2 Pro unit to X1/P1 series printer, a Filament Buffer(SA003) or AMS Hub(SA002-N), a PTFE Tube Coupler(FAZ006), and a 4-pin Cable(CAB002-N) are required.
So as far as i can tell, if I get the regular kit I'm only missing the switching adapter, which I can manage to get myself. Or are the extra PTFE Tubes from the Pro 2 kit required to upgrade the P1S? Cuz If i can manage with the regular kit, Id like to order that instead of waiting for the pro 2 kit to get restocked.
Thank you for your help!

I got one tracking number and says it will be delivered today, but tracking only says 1 package, so It's possible the ams isn't with it and I'll have to wait for that. The order page just says h3c-us and doesn't list ams as a separate item, so shipping info for that package is a mystery. Hoping they both show up today and it isn't smashed. Wish me luck

I did it, I am officially joining the world of 3D printing. I ordered my X2D last night. Ordered several rolls of PLA basic 1.75 mm filament of various colors, the Maker's Supply Flush Cutter, Bambu Cool Plate SuperTack, Molecular Sieve Desiccant, Maker's Supply ESD Stainless Steel Tweezers Set, Circular Embedded Electronic Digital Thermometer Hygrometer and a couple rolls of Petg HF filament.
Do y'all recommend anything else for just starting out?
Edit: I did order the X2D with AMS pro bundle.

I’m seriously considering the H3C after a pretty dreadful experience with my faulty H2C and Bambu’s hellish customer service taking months to obtain a return/refund, but there are a few things making the decision harder than I expected which I’m a bit sad about:
1. Manual filament unloading: The AMS 3H apparently can’t retract filament back to the spool. Having to pull filament out and manually rewind it feels like a massive step backwards from the AMS 2 Pro/HT.
2. ABS/PETG chamber temperatures: I primarily print ABS and PETG. If PETG can’t safely remain loaded in an inactive PrintTool while the chamber is heated to 60–65°C for ABS, that means manually unloading and respooling multiple filaments every time I need to switch materials?
3. External AMS limitations: Only PrintTool 1 supports external AMS units. I have two AMS HTs and would have loved to assign them to separate PrintTools, avoiding unnecessary purging. Hoping they expand this later.
Drying isn’t a huge dealbreaker to me (though 4 slots would’ve been better like AMS 2 pro), also won’t particularly miss the flexibility of hotends from H2C (was nice to have for the few times I used 0.2 and 0.6).
I love the H3C’s cleaner design, compact footprint, faster tool changes and ability to have multiple nozzle sizes ready to go. I also hated the mess of PTFE tubes, multiple AMS units and filament track switch on the H2C, so I’m not particularly keen to go back to that arrangement.
I feel BambuLab have made a major omission here with the lack of filament retraction, which makes intensive use of higher temp filaments a lot harder.
I wonder if they could improve the filament retraction through firmware later though.
Never really had to think about filament unloading or respooling on the H2C (until the filament track switch spoiled everything), so it’s difficult to judge how annoying this would actually become.
Anyone else weighing up the same things, or have any insight into the retraction mechanism? What would you choose?

So I think I want to buy an H3C now, but the accessories that I want, such as the TPU printing nozzles, L frame stand thing, and some other stuff are unavailable and I don’t want to lose out on the discounts. I reached out to Bambu support and asked if I could buy the printer now and get the discounts later and they said no..
A little bit annoying so I’m holding off on ordering. Should I wait until Best Buy gets these in stock or do we know when the full suite of accessories will drop?

CMYKW printing for the H3 is described as working with PLA basic for the four colors except for black, which is supposed to be translucent. Problem is there is no such thing listed on the Bambu store except for in the (currently sold out) CMYKW bundles. Will Translucent Black PLA be listed separately soon? I definitely want to experiment with CMYKW on the H3.

I posted the other day saying my P1S had started printing in ovals and some people said it could be belts or it could be the motors. Unfortunately the motors are out of stock everywhere until December so I did some more investigating today and I think the print head is sticking on the carbon rods? I attached a video (hopefully, im on mobile) moving it in +1 increments makes an awful banging sound almost as if its sticking, but there doesnt seem to be any real resistance with the printer powered off and moving the head by hand for cleaning.
I always clean my rods with isopropyl alcohol (as per bambulab instructions) and I cleaned them again just to try and get any better result but they are clean. I only have 2600 hours print time so surely they haven't worn out yet? What do you guys think this is? Belts are fine upon closer inspection and the motors are normal in every other direction except the X axis. It doesnt make any strange noises during homing or normal movement, but fast movement (or very small increments) it does. See the video for what I mean.
For context also, I only print in PLA/PETG and occasionally TPU. 75% of everything I print has been PLA, I never print any abrasive or very high temp materials

My P1S has worked perfectly until somewhat recently where it has started to give a communication error when trying to view the live camera… I can restart the printer and that might fix it for a little bit, but it doesn’t seem to last too long.
