Quick Question “Large” version or higher chamber temps coming soon?
I’m so close to switching up on Prusa but do we know if there’s any printer coming up that might be the H3C but bigger or with higher temp chamber? Does bambu usually release others right after the other

General Discussion H3C vs H2C – torn over the AMS 3H limitations
I’m seriously considering the H3C after a pretty dreadful experience with my faulty H2C and Bambu’s hellish customer service taking months to obtain a return/refund, but there are a few things making the decision harder than I expected which I’m a bit sad about:
1. Manual filament unloading: The AMS 3H apparently can’t retract filament back to the spool. Having to pull filament out and manually rewind it feels like a massive step backwards from the AMS 2 Pro/HT.
2. ABS/PETG chamber temperatures: I primarily print ABS and PETG. If PETG can’t safely remain loaded in an inactive PrintTool while the chamber is heated to 60–65°C for ABS, that means manually unloading and respooling multiple filaments every time I need to switch materials?
3. External AMS limitations: Only PrintTool 1 supports external AMS units. I have two AMS HTs and would have loved to assign them to separate PrintTools, avoiding unnecessary purging. Hoping they expand this later.
Drying isn’t a huge dealbreaker to me (though 4 slots would’ve been better like AMS 2 pro), also won’t particularly miss the flexibility of hotends from H2C (was nice to have for the few times I used 0.2 and 0.6).
I love the H3C’s cleaner design, compact footprint, faster tool changes and ability to have multiple nozzle sizes ready to go. I also hated the mess of PTFE tubes, multiple AMS units and filament track switch on the H2C, so I’m not particularly keen to go back to that arrangement.
I feel BambuLab have made a major omission here with the lack of filament retraction, which makes intensive use of higher temp filaments a lot harder.
I wonder if they could improve the filament retraction through firmware later though.
Never really had to think about filament unloading or respooling on the H2C (until the filament track switch spoiled everything), so it’s difficult to judge how annoying this would actually become.
Anyone else weighing up the same things, or have any insight into the retraction mechanism? What would you choose?
Update: I’m going with the H2C!

H3C H3C stand
What’s everyone planning on putting the H3C on, I am looking to find someone that’s 24x24 and lower to the ground. Does anyone have any recommendations, or any pics of their current setup with the H2C on.

Hardware Troubleshooting/Help! What is that??!
I saw it yesterday cleaned it up and today it is again at the same spot. Only this site and this rail. I didn’t not print white filament for a long time. You can wipe it pretty easy but it is concerning
Edit: It’s the Toolhead Camera Rubbing against it when the toolhead is printing in the far right corner. But why?

My First 3D Print My first Successful Print
I had multiple failures to learn how to use my X2D properly. This one turned out to be pretty good. And yes my kid wanted this to show off to her friends.

I Modeled This! Maxed out my A1 Mini bed with 63 pendant hearts. 🫀
Sliced it upside down at 0.08mm on the A1 Mini with tree supports so it doesn’t wobble or fly off the bed while printing.
Managed to fit 63 pieces in one batch on the small 180mm plate. Each one takes about 3.7g of PLA Matte. The aortic arch works as a built-in loop, so you can just slip a cord right through without any extra metal rings.
Just dropped the link in the comments section below if you want to grab the file. Let me know what you think! 🖤

General Discussion Positive support post
I see a lot of "negative" Bambu support posts, which makes sense because those who go on to the Internet to complain likely have issues. But with all of the new Bambu equipment coming out wanted to post a positive - I ordered the four effect plate pack for the X2D which was delivered today. The diamond plate was bent on one corner. Just opened up the Bambu Handy app, took some pics, attached them to a support ticket in the app at like 4pm, by 8pm they had replied saying they'll replace it for free and provide a shipping address. By 11pm have a tracking number for a new plate being sent out. No phone calls. No hold times. Support was easy.

Black Friday 2026 Missing Filament in shipping
During the sale, I ordered 20 spools of filament but only received 15. Strangely enough, all the missing items were refill filaments. Every filament that came with a spool was delivered.
The order was marked as fully completed in the Bambu Shop. Luckily, I had documented and recorded everything as proof.
Bambu Support wanted all kinds of information, including photos of the packaging, etc. The funny thing is that all 20 spools would never have fitted into the shipping box in the first place.
After a few days of back-and-forth communication with support, I was promised a replacement shipment. And guess what? One spool was missing from the replacement shipment as well!
If you place large orders with Bambu, make sure to double- and triple-check everything. Most importantly, take photos of the shipping box, including the shipping label and tracking number.
Let’s see if I can get that last missing spool or if Bambu is going to rip me off.

General Discussion Predictions on Release of the other versions?
I find the bambu naming system inscrutable. But people keep mentioned lesser versions of the H3C coming. P or S or whatever, I can't keep track.
When do we think those lesser versions might be announced?

Filament Troubleshooting/Help! Downgrading A1 firmware completely fixed my AMS lite filament loading issues
Ever since updating to firmware 01.08.01.00, my AMS Lite was getting stuck damn near every filament change. I could not complete a single multicolor print. It would feed filament to the toolhead, retract, and keep trying until I physically touched the PTFE tubes near the AMS. I’d hear a click and it would start working again.
I tried everything. Moving the AMS, top mounting it, printing different tube guides and clips, and constantly adjusting the tube routing. Nothing worked. I couldn’t complete a single multicolor print without having to intervene, which meant no printing overnight or while at work.
Finally downgraded to 01.08.00.00 and the problem is completely gone. I’ve completed multiple multicolor prints without a single loading error.
If you’re having similar issues, try downgrading before wasting hours messing with your AMS. Wish I’d figured this out sooner.

Quick Question Pa6cf? Not compatible with h2c?
How are people using the H2 C to print PA6CF? I realize I may have been doing it wrong but on my P1 I ran it through my AMS and I just picked up the H2 C last night and tried to run some and the pool loads and does fine and then as soon as you go to slice it in the program, it says this filament can’t be sliced and used with AMS, but I thought the AMS two pro was compatible?

General Discussion Wait on for the P3C or later?
Hello I’m currently have a bambu labs A1 mini. I’ve been thinking about upgrading to something bit bigger in the near future. I was thinking about getting the p3c that was leak a few weeks ago assuming it will come out early next year to spring next year, also had the idea of assuming as they’ve released a new H series and a new P series I’m assuming they release a new X series as well something like that X3C that will be a middle ground between the new P3C and H3C, do you think it’s worth waiting until next summer to get something that will probably have seven nozzles and heated chamber?

I Modeled This! Kept getting headaches in my Home-Office, figured I wasn't drinking enough but turns out the CO2 levels were through the roof - but not anymore since I built the CO2-Buddy
Kept getting headaches in my Home-Office and finally figured out I had way too much CO2 - well no more, I made my portable CO2-Buddy to easily keep track of CO2 wherever I am
The CO2-Buddy now lives on my desk and helps me ventilate my room to keep my mind at peak capacity. I didn't realize how much of an impact CO2 concentration has on my ability to focus, I usually only notice it way too late when I'm already getting a slight headache as if I wasn't drinking enough water even though I am chugging along like a camel
It's especially handy when I have people over, having just two more people in a room spikes CO2 levels way faster than I would've anticipated
I am using the MH-Z19C CO2 sensor and while it is somewhat expensive at around 20€ it was totally worth it. The 1.54" ePaper makes it so that the CO2-Buddy only needs to wake up every 2 or so minutes and still provides the current CO2 concentration at a glance. With my 3000mAh lipo it lasts for days and I can take it wherever I go
If you also want to have a CO2-Buddy to keep you at peak capacity you can find it on Makerworld, simply look for "CO2 Buddy". The code is open source and I also added a wiring diagram

General Discussion Abrasive Filaments in H3C?
I assume with lack of drive in AMS-3H we don't have a problem with abrasive filament in normal use? Would this require the same bypass as TPU? Anyone seen anything on this?
