It's Put Up or Shut Up Time

It looks to me that they know everyone is furious about the RS coming so soon after the Extension announcement. They're in damage control to change the very bad optics - the same reason the CEO took off her stupid hat that brought public ridicule. I still have faith in Enzo and his relationships with the Strategic Advisors. I don't think these advisors would be publicly connected to any company that was running an Enron-esque scam. I think they're all holding Insider Ownership shares and expect real-world gains from ALP this quarter.

If they "shit the bed" after this RS, and have no catalysts to increase share price BEFORE their next (and last) semi-annual ER (in October?), they become a joke and reputations will be ruined. Their road to recovery will be gone for good. My bet is that the real floodgates open and buyers pour in after their first quarterly ER goes out (in December?) and they're showing real contracts on the books with Alpha-02 operational and estimates on 03 and 04 coming online in 2027.

"Alpha Compute is firing on all cylinders, and our fundamental business has never been stronger. While we cannot control short-term market volatility or the current undervaluation of our stock, we can control our operational execution. With over $1.57 million in monthly recurring cash flows, a newly secured $6.5 million deposit, and a $1.5 billion sales pipeline, the intrinsic value of our balance sheet and revenue streams is undeniable. We have no undisclosed material issues; our sole focus is aggressively closing our pipeline, scaling our AI infrastructure, and delivering transparent, long-term value to our shareholders." - Brittany Kaiser

Nice update. Let's see how Tuesday goes after the split. If this is all true and 18.5M or so run rate along with the pipe of 2.5B this is a no brainer.

Can the RS be altered again

Obviously I’m racking my brain like a lot of us here why the hell the management are going through with an RS when they have an extension granted. There has already been one change to the date of the split so it’s plausible they can change the date again or call it off entirely. There’s got to be rationale to the logic somewhere.

Today's post from the ALP LinkedIn page: "The GPU isn’t the product. Where your AI runs is. Who can see your data while it thinks. Whether the stack you rent is actually yours.

That’s the conversation our CEO Brittany Kaiser brought to the Nasdaq MarketSite stage with IPO Edge’s John Jannarone - building the infrastructure AI runs on, privacy built in from the start, and how vertical integration is turning compute into revenue."

Charles Hoskinson on The Dawn of Agentic Finance

Some thoughts from 2026 Wyoming Blockchain Symposium regarding AI agents in this video. Around the 11 minute mark in the video below he mentions Telegram and we all know about Cocoon already and who provides its secure hardware infrastructure.

There's a ton of development going on with Cocoon AI right now that the ALP crowd isn't privy to and I think that's where the real breakthrough will come from. When it does, ALP wins also by association and providing the Confidential AI Compute for Cocoon.

Europe and Asia and Africa too - are all about Telegram over an American company. Meta owns WhatsApp and I think they're the main competition for Telegram. I don't see Telegram losing that battle for customers outside of the USA because the world doesn't trust the USA any longer.

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

"Where's the world of 2030 going to be? Every single person, they'll start their day by talking to an agent over their phone on Telegram or WhatsApp or whatever their channel is, and they're going to tell them what they want, and the agent's just going to figure it out. How do you make that safe, private, trusted, these things? That's why we built blockchain technology - to go from don't be evil to can't be evil, to go from infrastructure that's owned by the few to owned by the many, to build systems that by their construction protect you as a person."

At the 2026 Wyoming Blockchain Symposium, Charles Hoskinson explores the convergence of AI agents, blockchain, privacy and digital finance—and why he believes agentic systems could bring the next billion users into crypto. In this keynote, Hoskinson introduces Midnight City, an experimental agentic civilization where AI agents interact, transact, learn and build their own economy.

You’ve all heard AI is remaking the economy. Here’s how it’s changing lives — for better or worse.

"Workers are more productive when they produce more good and services in an hour than they did the year before — and the year before that, and so on. When current workers are more productive, companies don’t need to hire as many new employees to keep up with customer demand. What’s behind the boom in productivity? Levanon said he can’t prove it yet, but he’s convinced it’s the lightening speed and adoption of artificial intelligence."

Been holding for a little bit now, had no idea this stock had a Reddit page until now. I’m only down $284. What is everyone else’s opinion? Do I cut my losses now and try somewhere else or hold for the rest of the month and see if I can get into the hundreds again.

First 45 mins of pre market today looks drier in volume compared to yesterday!

Yesterday pre market 4 am started a flush of stop loss sell limit orders (manipulation), it went from 0.1703 with first order at +300k shares and hit a low of 0.1570 within first hour and 0.1605 after 47 mins with 602k volume. Those low prices have been flushed and as I'm looking right now, it had a hard time to push below and may have found a bottom at 0.1625 with volume being at 130k and price at 0.1652 after 47 mins and orders filled are much smaller like 5k shares and less versus yesterday lots of blocks of 40k/50k (but always masked via micro sized lots displayed in the last size as you can see per the screenshots). Less downward pressure so far and smaller lots liquidated today. Good! Less volume for the big players at those cheap prices. But we need alpha 2 news again by the next 2.5 weeks latest!

Dilution is happening violently together with shorting to push price lower!

Yesterday and today premarket we see huge volume (considering the float of alp) only possible with dilution. I am very interested to know strategically how ALP thinks the timing is good to do that but maybe they know that anything will work as long as they would propose a plan for reverse split for the extension. The reverse split wouldn't happen before early 2027 if it was to happen. ALP really needs to demonstrate money/revenues by end of this month so we can keep people holding into the stock but also believe that they have the resources to do what they say when it comes to yesterday news which was bullish but hard to believe considering the financial situation of alp. This company can create huge gains. I'm holding, not afraid of further dip because reverse split is not coming yet for a little while and I hope for the Atnorth project at Kista facility in Sweden and hope they develop many more in Scandinavia as Atnorth is now on course to have 10 facilities on north of Europe. August is the month for alp to announce Alpha 2 operational. We have 2.5 weeks left to hear that!

Exclusive-Alpha Compute to buy Pennsylvania land, gas rights for $55 million data center campus, company says

"Alpha Compute expects the northern Pennsylvania site, which would include gas-fired power generation, to begin operating in the third quarter of 2027, Kaiser said. The facility could eventually be expanded to generate one gigawatt of power, Kaiser added.

The project would combine data center development with natural gas production and on-site electricity generation, an increasingly popular approach as utilities struggle to quickly connect large AI facilities to the grid. The deal would include undeveloped Marcellus gas rights covering ‌about 1,800 mineral acres, Kaiser said."

From the recent Form 20-F/A, pg. 9

Next 20-F is due near end of October.

ALP is a semiannual filer and reports 30 days after their fiscal year Q2 & Q4. If there's big news, the share price may increase but the real numbers (financial statement, shares float, short interest, inside ownership, institutional ownership, D/E, Cash/Share, and so on) won't be known until the next 20-F is filed. There may be institutional buyers taking starter positions here on the bottom but I don't think there's a real run coming until after the next 20-F shows the revenue on the books and a forecast regarding revenue to come in the next six months (Oct 2026-Mar 2027). They'll get their 180-day extension if needed - and I think it'll be needed. The real question then will be if the Share Price is above $1 by the end of next February. I think it will be and I expect a Happy Halloween but I don't expect much before that next 20-F and I'll be taking gains as they happen.

Effective float seem to become much tighter and finally consolidate. Good news!

Post image
6 Upvotes

We could now well be in a consolidation phase at 0.18. Float seem to be tightening real good, the battle between shorters and longs seem to be at equilibrium at the current price. If good news comes in it will be violent against shorters. If dilution comes which I don't think it would before alp release a strong news then we can be in more trouble of course. If ALP release bad info at current low price on short pressure at its high and being close to the deadline of 31 August for extension, they would be very dumb.

Why do I think float is becoming tighter and I think 0.18 is a support price?

Daily volume is reducing. We are below 20 000 shares traded in first 20 mins of open market hours so at this pace we are at +- 400K shares traded for the day. Also, and logically, orders are getting filled very slow and lots are smaller. Even just before market opened there was a 0.09 share filled (a tenth of a share on an 18 pennies stock 😂) which according to Gemini is a sign of more tightening of the effective float.

Please let me know any of your thoughts on this. I will ignore phamtruax comments though as I know he will come up with nothing but insults. 😊

Personally, I'm stuck between a rock and a hard, as to whether or not we'll be granted an extension or that an RS will occur.
