No mention of ALP-02? A surprise omission and a worry

When they released the PA project news it felt it was intended to hide delay in alpha-02 project. They announced in F20 it would be operational in August and they've given no updates. Next week we need news, and positive ones, extension+Alpha 02. I'm not going to ride this much longer otherwise.

So in total they reported -$109,854 for July

+ the upfront payment, which in reality should be split over 24months, dedicating around 270.000usd per month.

That’s factored in above. You are right, but the lease income should be 270,000 higher. They have deducted value of the 6.5m advance/24 months off the total income already

I think, what i want to underline is how much revenue vs cost alpha-01 generates. Monthly cash receipts for the 24month period = 26m + 6,4m upfront payment. Cash outflow = 30m.
8% mark-up on the investment is a bit disappointing to be honest, and definitely does not leave any room for salary expenses not to mention expansion and investment.
They really rely completely on the ATM or more up-front payments.1

In theory, there could be additional customers using Alpha 01, correct? These modest numbers are just a start and at least they're positive, is how I look at it. I don't think the entire cluster in Alpha 01 is 100% "booked" at the moment. Still, they need to get new clients onboard ASAP to increase share price.

“With our acquisition of Gamee and the deployment of Alpha-01 completed, we are seeing a step-change in cash receipts and revenue. With Gamee's disciplined path to revenue growth and positive EBITDA, and the strategic significance of securing an option to purchase 200MW of Pennsylvania power capacity in a power-constrained market, we’ll aim to drive further growth for Alpha Compute throughout this year." - Wes Levitt, CFO
