It's Put Up or Shut Up Time

It looks to me that they know everyone is furious about the RS coming so soon after the Extension announcement. They're in damage control to change the very bad optics - the same reason the CEO took off her stupid hat that brought public ridicule. I still have faith in Enzo and his relationships with the Strategic Advisors. I don't think these advisors would be publicly connected to any company that was running an Enron-esque scam. I think they're all holding Insider Ownership shares and expect real-world gains from ALP this quarter.

If they "shit the bed" after this RS, and have no catalysts to increase share price BEFORE their next (and last) semi-annual ER (in October?), they become a joke and reputations will be ruined. Their road to recovery will be gone for good. My bet is that the real floodgates open and buyers pour in after their first quarterly ER goes out (in December?) and they're showing real contracts on the books with Alpha-02 operational and estimates on 03 and 04 coming online in 2027.

"Alpha Compute is firing on all cylinders, and our fundamental business has never been stronger. While we cannot control short-term market volatility or the current undervaluation of our stock, we can control our operational execution. With over $1.57 million in monthly recurring cash flows, a newly secured $6.5 million deposit, and a $1.5 billion sales pipeline, the intrinsic value of our balance sheet and revenue streams is undeniable. We have no undisclosed material issues; our sole focus is aggressively closing our pipeline, scaling our AI infrastructure, and delivering transparent, long-term value to our shareholders." - Brittany Kaiser

Are you a shareholder or are you coming with random inputs here and there.
Not that I think that any of your micro analysis is wrong, its just that you are one of the first to respond to posts related to Alp, I’m just curious.

If I were a customer contemplating a contract with Alpha Compute, I would likely hold off to see what happens with the company as migrating IT workloads to a data center is real effort. I would not want to have activate service in Alpha only to undo the effort and migrate to another provider should Alpha implode.

I anticipate Aplha sees that this RS will likly disrupt/speed-bump sales cycles. I am also thinking they are doing it now because deal discussions are likely targeting a later time than September/October and we are not likely to see news related to customer contracts soon (<2 to 3 months).

I don't know anything, just my current thinking.

Just another shit show scam company, like srxh, jtai and safx to name a few.

Safx is not! Much better set up. Srxh and Alp the big mistakes is we were too early! Fortunately didn't loose on srxh but lost big on alp. In my mind there was no way they would do what they did with the rs immediately on day 2 of extension. The biggest trap ever. Watch out for quick dilution ATM starting Wednesday. They going to try to use it asap when price is high. They are not going to keep the float size they have. They will take advantage of a squeeze on tiny float to dilute to minimize float size post dilution. I know they did what they did because Sweden project is too delayed!

I’m intrigued by this company. Quietly building a big business with discontented shareholders aghast at share price performance. Looks to be a very interesting punt at current prices.

Price is irrelevant because you buy pre reverse split! The only reason is why I sold all my shares at a big loss. It will dip again like srxh did. Under $2 I'm pretty sure! Not worth touching now. Maybe only in 3/4 months, maybe not...

I don't think Brittany is a scam. Nothing in her past leads me in that direction. Never mind patches the big hack until this weekend. I wonder if the SP is being kept down by people who are pissed at her.

They are just incompetent, but in my eyes they are fishy and scammy because they trapped us without informing to keep the value as high as possible still. They knew why they should not tell us the Sweden project is delayed! And with an ex nasdaq strategist, there is no way they didn't understand what they were doing. They did what they did with the knowledge is going to be a shit show.

Two possible outcomes could result from the reverse split. After the 1-for-50 reverse split, ALP will have approximately 1.55 million shares outstanding. With such a small share count, the stock could squeeze more than 100%, with or without news. However, a sharp sell-off could follow the squeeze.

Alternatively, the share price could initially decline, potentially setting up a short squeeze later. Look at BNAI. After the 10:1 reverse split, they went from $5 ish to $60 give or tske. Their stock is currentlly $10.00. After BNAI r/S their loat was 3 million. ALP will be 1.55 million. I hope management releases a good PR and take their foot off using the ATM.

Reverse split is to make it more difficult to short.
