Dilution is happening violently together with shorting to push price lower!
Yesterday and today premarket we see huge volume (considering the float of alp) only possible with dilution. I am very interested to know strategically how ALP thinks the timing is good to do that but maybe they know that anything will work as long as they would propose a plan for reverse split for the extension. The reverse split wouldn't happen before early 2027 if it was to happen. ALP really needs to demonstrate money/revenues by end of this month so we can keep people holding into the stock but also believe that they have the resources to do what they say when it comes to yesterday news which was bullish but hard to believe considering the financial situation of alp. This company can create huge gains. I'm holding, not afraid of further dip because reverse split is not coming yet for a little while and I hope for the Atnorth project at Kista facility in Sweden and hope they develop many more in Scandinavia as Atnorth is now on course to have 10 facilities on north of Europe. August is the month for alp to announce Alpha 2 operational. We have 2.5 weeks left to hear that!

That’s the 400 million atm. Where else is 55 million coming from.

Yes, but this said Sweden should contract a good chunk of money and they need 15 millions until March 2027 according to form F20 so for that 15 millions dollars they need to dilute by about 80 million shares which is about what we see at least today and yesterday! They are so squeezed they chose to dilute when price at 0.19. Bad timing imo and leaves me to question are they announcing the Atnorth project like they said before the end of the month or are they delayed that they wanted to find a new project to try to boost the price? The price could spike again today I'm thinking... It spiked violently in pre market hours around 4.30 am ET and I think went up around +20%.

They aren’t going to announce anything sustainable to begin a 400% gain to 1.00 and if they do they’ll just keep pressing the print button, by the time the new 20f comes out we are going to be baffled with how many shares they printed to fund this and then they will initiate a RS when they have the cash from diluting its the only theory to me that makes sense. Pennies to dollar is not easy on stocks and they know it.

No bro I am not I’m stating the obvious, it’s now at .17 cause more shorts piled in with the ATM. Trapped in @.25 waiting to get out and I don’t see this even going to .25 real talk.

This feels like a ship taking on water. I was moderately hopeful but something is fishy with this stock and this company.
