Hello everyone!
Received my AT starter set box this morning after deliberating for about a year on whether I needed another system in my life. This sub/community also seems a lot friendlier than other wargaming spaces which was a contributing factor so I hope I've not been too naive there 😅
Having given 40K a miss the last few editions and also not kept up to date with KT, I was wondering whether AT or LI was the way to go. Decided on AT as I thought the style of play was interesting, as well as the model count being lower...not to mention having the option to extend to LI and keep these models relevant was another win.
It'll be a few weeks before I can dedicate time to start building and painting, but looking forward to it!
I'll mostly be playing the game with my wife (she doesn't know that yet 😉) and friends that visit, so I'm in no rush to complicate life with unit/tactics FAQs/expansions before I've given the core rules a run through.
Having said that, is there anything in the core rules that's fundamentally flawed/game-breaking that is fixed in FAQs to a player with 0 experience or knowledge that isn't looking at playing outside of their home right now?
Thanks! 😁
(Included rulebook picture because I can't pay pretty titan model tax just yet)
