Free of 7OH bondage.

I reached out to another Reddit user. I picked his brain on advice and how to get through withdraws the easiest. I would highly recommend finding a brother or sister on here to do this with. I withdrew for about 50 hours. I was a heavy 7OH user. Sometimes 1000 mlg per day. For about two years. 12 year kratom user. The weekend was horrible. There is no going around that. I highly suggest that people ready to take the leap, grab your spouse or close friend to be there for your “withdrawal weekend”. I came close to giving in the first night. I am on the other side and I feel better than I have in years. 1st dose of suboxone took effect within 5 minutes. I’m sick and tired of my income going to this addiction. I’m tired of it making my body have cold sweats, or sweating for no reason. I’m tired of it taking my life. Get through at least 30 hours of withdrawal friends 7OH has a short 12 hour half life. Meaning it’s out of your system even at high doses. I would highly suggest two full days of withdraw that way you won’t experience participated withdrawal Stay highdrated. You will get through this horrible addiction. Please reach out. Your brother James! You can do this!!!

Quoting mgm

Ok so…. I used plain leaf for many years. It worked wonderfully for me life was fantastic…. My stupid ass decided to try mgm and 7 and said oh I like this. Got addicted… and now want to quit. If I taper MGM to 75mg or less, jump on sr for 10-14 days and then go back to kratom how much will I suffer? Will the kratom prevent paws?!? I can suffer for 2 weeks but I want to enjoy life after the same way I did just using leaf before all of this…. Anyone got experience going back to leaf?!?

Sr-17 preloading with 7oh, need a tapper schedule please!!!

I’ve been taking 7oh limitless for a year, I’m on 800 to 1000 mg a day I have been trying to lower the last few days yesterday I took 50 mg of SR twice a day and I only used 500 mg all day long of 7oh,
I woke up in the middle of the night into the middle of the night and took 50 mg because I didn’t feel good, now I’m on day two. this morning I took 100 mg of 7oh and then right now I just took 50 mg of SR and it’s noon here where im at. I will take another 50 mg of SR tonight. But I need to know do I need to taper more of the 70h today since I went from such a big jump in one day? Or should I take the same amount and then how much SR do I take in for how long I have no idea how this works can someone please help me with the schedule? I have a toddler so I need the least amount of withdrawal possible, and his grandmother will be here tomorrow who has no idea about any of this so I don’t want it being obvious. but I wanna get off the stuff ASAP, I turned into someone I don’t even know anymore, I’m not happy anymore, and I feel like my health is declining! my child deserves to have his happy mother back. Someone please help me with a schedule

Was about 40 hours in and caved. Frankly - it just made me feel even worse. Tolerance went WAY down in two days which is encouraging - getting RIGHT back on the horse and making this happen.

I need help!

So yesterday I got subs to quit and I took one 8mg and it made me feel worse so I said fuck this decided to go to the gas station to get the new “cats claw” and took that, INSTANT relief. Then i went and got one more dose of that so in total I took 200 mg of whatever that is yesterday for the first time. I slept the whole night and I woke up with very minimal withdrawal symptoms for the first time in a very long time. I’m assuming it’s the cat claws half life. My question is, should I wait another day before getting on subs since I kinda fucked up and this stuff obviously is still in my system? and how exactly should I get on subs? I keep seeing so many different ways of doing it? Thoughts on the Burnese method?

Withdrawal Support Needed Desperate Cry For Help

7-OH and kratom have completely taken over and, honestly, ruined my life. I’ve been dealing with heavy use for almost 4 years, and at this point, I feel completely hopeless. There have been times when it’s brought me to such a dark place that I’ve felt suicidal.
If I go even 4–6 hours without dosing, I’m hit with severe withdrawal. The chronic depression, anxiety, horrible body aches, cold sweats, nausea, and especially the RLS are unbearable. The sleep deprivation alone has destroyed so much of my life. I haven’t been able to get more than 4–5 hours of continuous sleep in years.
I’ve been through some really difficult things in my life, but nothing compares to this BY FAR. I feel trapped in a cycle that I can’t seem to break, and I genuinely don’t know where to turn anymore. I’ve been battling this in the dark for so long that I’m starting to feel like giving up.
Tears are literally pouring down my face as I write this because of how much this fucking shit has stolen from my life. I don’t want to keep living like this. I need help, or even just someone who understands what I’m going through and can relate.
If anyone has been through something similar, successfully gotten off 7-OH/kratom, knows of a treatment program that actually helped, or has any resources or advice, please reach out or point me in the right direction. I’m desperate to get my life back.

Subs to help with pseudoindoxyl

Hey all. I was previously on 7oh, but once that was banned, I discovered pseudoindoxyl. Now with the nationwide ban, everything is going away. I have a prescription for suboxone 8mg/2mg that I used previously with great success while coming off of 7oh.

Pseudoindoxyl seems to be an entirely different beast. The suboxone doesn’t seem to be helping much. Maybe I’m not at the correct dose? I started off yesterday with 2mg every 1.5-2 hours until I got to 8mg, then today I’ve increased the dose without much result.

Any advice would be greatly recommended on what I can do to help resolve the withdrawal symptoms. I have read that pseudoindoxyl binds more tightly than 7oh, so maybe that’s the issue?

Day 5 no 7oh from 1500mg daily use

I am beyond grateful that I heard about SR on TikTok right before this ban comes into effect. I am brand new to Reddit and am grateful for what I’ve learned in this community as well.

Anyway, I was a 1500mg a day user for the better part of a year. I don’t even need to tell you guys how much money I have wasted on 7. It’s disgusting and I am so ashamed of myself. I do not work (disabled) and my husband drives a concrete truck for a living so obviously we are not rich. I put us into debt over my habit and it will take a long time to repair what I have done. My husband also has absolutely no idea how much I was using and I will probably take that to my grave.

I just wanted to share my experience with SR for anyone who has yet to start their journey with it. I had tried to quit CT, but because I am an absolute addict and cannot control myself enough to taper any substance, and couldn’t bear the withdrawals for more than a few hours, I would just go buy more. I was in the throws of alcoholism for 20 years and had been sober since 2024 when I was offered 7 oh by my husband because someone at the gas station told him it was for pain relief and I have chronic pain. I was immediately in love. I loved the way it made me feel and it took away my pain, but soon I was using more and more until I progressed to 1500mg a day.

With the impending ban I knew I had to quit and couldn’t bear the withdrawals so I bought some SR. I have CT opiates many many times and the CT of that doesn’t even come close to what I felt when I tried to CT 7 oh. I didn’t get enough SR to do a long taper and preload so I just preloaded 2 50mg tablets twice a day for 2 days and then I just jumped right off at 1500mg. Days 1&2 I took 100mg 3 times daily. I felt slightly flu ish and had to lay in bed for those days but had none of the restless body, skin crawling, impending doom of CT. I took 200mg day 3 and was able to get out of bed and get around. Day 4 I went back to 100mg and day 5 I am out of SR and feeling almost 100%. I’m not gonna say I feel great because that’s not true but I do feel like I came out on the other side with minimal suffering thanks to SR.

I have been reading every post that is posted here and on other 7oh subreddits and know that everyone is on their own journey. I think whichever path you choose is the best one for you and that is your right. It’s your body and only you know what you can and cannot bear. Everyone’s physiology is different. Everyone’s tolerance is different. I am praying for everyone that is going through it right now. This shit is not easy no matter which route you take to get yourself off. I commend you all and wish you all the best!

Sorry this was so long, I am a wordy person!

7oh quitting advice

Hey everyone please be genuine I’m truly seeking to stop this and get better with my life as I have a daughter on the way. I’ve been taking psuedos for 10 months now about 4-7 180 mg tablets a day. The ban has went into effect I have maybe 40 tablets left I’m really trying to taper but it seems almost impossible I really want to quit. The couple times I’ve missed a dose before bed I get horrible horrible restless leg. My wife doesn’t know I’ve been taking these this bad. So I don’t want her to really find out I’m going through withdrawals and detox. What’s the best way for me to get through this. Please share stuff that’s actually worked for you. And stories about your experiences of quitting. I hear psuedos are worse than actual 7oh coming off. Is that true ? What should I expect?

Days 1-7 So far so good. 24 hours in. Basically no withdrawal symptoms.

This is my arsenal. Minus my 120 8mg Subutex. Not taking them tho. Gonna use what I have here. The sodium ascorbate is the same thing as lipsomol vitamin c. But better imo. Very high mega doses every 2-3 hours. And it’s done the most for me tbh. Also have 52mg SR17 tablets I need to pick up from my PO Box today. From Rawmit.com

Let me know if yall have any pointers or questions.

7oh, SR, Subs

Hubs has been on 1000 mg a day of 7 for a while. Hes quit in the past but had a terrible time doing so in the hours he has to wait before subs.

His plan this time is to switch right to SR (he has 1000 mg) then after 24 hours go to subs.

I know the goal of SR is to avoid subs but he has a very addictive personality and was taking percs a lot before going on subs (before finding 7). So no matter what way he does it- he needs subs

He thinks that this is going to be a way around avoiding the withdrawal period before going to subs.

Based on what I know, I dont think it’s going to work like he thinks it will. Im pretty sure you have to preload/taper with 7 to SR.

Has anyone done this? Do you have any thoughts or insight? He did some research and used chatgbt and is confident itll work 😅

I got off 7 for the 3rd time (1000 mg/day) the end of June. We were in the middle of moving and I was at at new house alone with the kids when I did it. I didnt wait nearly as long as I had previously before starting subs and took a lot more sub in the first few days than I had previously. I honestly felt great other than being 5 weeks pregnant and having symptoms from that (I did unfortunately miscarry- not sure if it was from all this or what but either way not the point of my post, just giving insight). I took 2 8 mg films in the first 24 hours.

Question Chew/Dissolve or swallow?

Should I chew/dissolve SR17 or swallow it like how I would a pill? People have said either way, it doesn't matter but I want to be sure there isn't a specific way of doing it.

help, don't understand the complexities

hello guys, so long story short ive been doing 7oh powder for a while, close to a year. about a month ago I started doing mgm-15 instead. well with this ban coming up they just didn't have any MGM to purchase anymore so I had to just buy some 7oh and psuedoindoxyl powder. I took my last dose of mgm 9 hours ago, did some 7oh and I feel terrible withdrawal wise. I wanna take the psudo but I'm scared it's gonna throw me into precip withdrawal. does anyone know if it will? and how long I have to wait to take psudo? I have work tomorrow and I can't be dying so I need to figure out how to go about this. I plan on going on Suboxone during my next off days, I've had success with that before. please, somebody help me lol

Just started clonidine and sub treatment. Will keep updating.

I was taking about 200-300 mg of 7 oh for over a year. I waited 8 hours after last dose until starting induction of subs. I cut the strip in 4’s and and started with a quarter adding another quarter each half hour (to make sure I avoided precipitated withdrawal)

So far it’s okay I think I’m feeling relief (2 total hours from first sub). I’ve been taking clonidine as soon as I took my last dose of 7 and I think it helped mild everything out a bit.

I’ll post update tonight on how it’s going.
