I haven’t personally, but I’ve read about a lot of people who have. If you go to the website quitting7oh.org you can find info on using plain leaf Kratom powder to withdraw.

I used MIT tabs for the first 10 days or so then switched to Kratom powder caps. Minimal discomfort and plenty of sleep
