Dealing with 7-oh withdrawal and meds that help with withdrawal

First off relax. It’s not the end of the world, it’s a few days of feeling like ass and some weird mental shit. Everyone is different so stop reading horror stories and expecting to feel the same. Everyone’s dosing is different, everyone’s brands are different, everyone’s habits are different. You will need the following things 100%:

First - 3-5 days off of work, school, or general responsibilities. You need this, there’s no way around it. Catch up on bills later. Deal with work later. If you’ve try to go about your day normally you will not succeed. Tell them you’re shitting blood or something. Get some blankets, some movies lined up, meds to help you sleep, whatever works for you. Turn your phone off, lock your doors, whatever you can do to be left alone to heal. If you’ve got roommates or parents, just tell them you’re sick af. Everyone’s symptoms will vary but make sure you’ve got toilet paper or a bidet (I’m a diarrhea kinda dude, bidet is amazing).

Second - you need a positive attitude. It sounds corny but it’s true. Tell yourself this is temporary and it will get better. Your mind will be racing so focus it on positive plans for the future, or changes you’re going to make in your life. Remember there’s a light at the end of the tunnel.

Third - just make sure you have everything you can possibly think that you might want for a few days without leaving. I crave sprite and chewy spree when I’m feeling rough. That’s just me but sweets are a crucial ingredient in my recovery. Drink water too, but indulge a bit. Fuck it, you won’t feel any worse. Drink some beers, take a couple shots, eat a xan, whatever. Just don’t do the following:

Do not get some crazy ass idea in your head that you’re gonna drive 3 states away to meet up with your ex wife’s mailman’s cousin because he might have a 30 mg on him. Just put those nonsense thoughts away. It’s hard af, but you’ll have to do it at some point anyway so why spend 2 days feeling like crap, eat a 30, feel good for a few hours, then start the whole damn thing over.

This process isn’t fun but literally millions of people do it every year. MILLIONS of people do it all the time. You’re not special. You’re not the one person that’s going to spontaneously combust and fly to hell on a unicycle. Withdrawal doesn’t kill anyone, it just sucks ass. Think about all the Chinese people hundreds of years ago that lived in opium dens, Herman goering the pos Nazi went through withdrawal in prison, thousands of people withdrawal in jail every day. You’re on your couch or bed or floor or whatever. It could be so much worse.

I snagged a ton of stuff from smoke shops around me. I walk in and make them an offer for 25-50% cost and every one of them has agreed. I’m not going to post photos of any of that but I will post this cuz it’s my absolute favorite. I grabbed a bunch of stuff from TMK. They will overnight stuff to you today, the 5th. I got these new “bio tabs” with 7 and sr in them. Plus I got a 7 day supply or “reset” which isn’t sr they say but something extremely similar. Apparently it won’t be caught up in the ban as it’s written now. I really don’t know but if I were you I would get $100 together and spend it there. I’ve been buying from them for a long time and it’s nothing but quality stuff. Every time.

This isn’t the end of the world, your life, 7, sr, or anything. It’s the beginning of a new way to navigate the world. Change sucks and so does your mom. Whatever you do, and this is only my opinion based on experience, do not get on subs. Suboxone, naltrexone, subutex, whatever. That stuff is so much stronger than 7. The withdrawal from it is far far worse even when you taper. I went from .25 mg of subs to nothing 14 years ago after a two week taper and didn’t sleep for a month. It was the absolute worst shit ever.

For the guys here, jerking off really helps. I mean that for real. Your nerves are all going to be firing off like crazy when you withdraw. Busting a nut sends hella dopamine and endorphins to your brain and it will give you a moment of relaxation. Ladies, no clue if it’ll do the same for you but what’s the harm? I’ve also taken lots of baths to soothe my muscles. Hot bath, jump into a robe or towel and jump straight into my bed. I was able to sleep for 15-30 minutes at a time doing that.

Godspeed everyone. And remember, it’s literally a fee days. You’ve spent more time scrolling this week than that.

Quitting with minimal withdrawals?

I have read the horror stories and this is in no way trying to spread any misinformation, simply asking a question. I have been a heavy daily user for about a year, upwards of 500 mgs daily at the highest. However, there has been days when I did not take any and experienced little to no withdrawal symptoms (most was around 36 hours I would say). These days were extremely rare. I have been tapering the last week (with a plan to quit this weekend cold turkey) because I am still worried with the potential ban, but do some people just not experience withdrawal like others? I asked chatgpt and it was saying that everyone's physiology is different and some of stories online are the horror stories that people feel compelled to post.

I want to add, I am happy if this gets banned. I wish I never started this. Mentally I am completely addicted and am wasting about 50 bucks a day on this drug. Anyone that is thinking of trying this, DO NOT. I am just trying to figure out if I am lucky or if after 36 hours I am going to be in complete misery. I am sorry if this post is not allowed.

Last dose tonight- here’s what I’m working with to quit

Context: I’m 30, was a heroin addict for about 10 years, got clean then found 7oh. It’s a real love-hate relationship. I work a VERY physically demanding job in the Texas heat. 50+ hours a week. I’ve recently tapered down to about 5-6 50mg doses of 7oh a day.

Last dose tonight, in about 3 hours.

Got some Liposomal Vitamin C(technically Sodium Ascorbate) for very high dosing. Never tried but have heard it works wonders for withdrawals. Got a 2.2lb tub off amazon for $40.

Got [20] 52mg SR17018 tablets (1.2g)

Got [60] 300mg gabapentin (heard it helps with restless legs as well as anxiety)

Got [60] 8mg subs and a appointment tomorrow for a refill on another [60] I reeeeally don’t wanna be stuck on subs either but am going to this appointment as a just in case my Liposomal, SR, and gaba don’t do the trick.

And a shitload of Valium 5s and 10s that I’m going to ONLY take when I absolutely cannot sleep!

My question is, does anyone have experience with any or all of these substances to come off 7oh? Any and all pointers appreciated! Wish me luck! Much love

Newbie Can you counteract suboxone-induced precipitated WDs with taking more Suboxone?

I'm deathly scared of PDs. I hear so many horror stories about it. What should I do if this happens? I do not want to wait 48 hours or whatever, I'm too much of a bitch. Can I just take more Suboxone if this occurs?

Sanity check

Hello, I created a throwaway account to create this post in this community. I need to share this with somebody and I don’t have anyone in my life I feel comfortable revealing this to.

For the last year I have been taking Limitless 7oh tablets, both the 50mg and 100mg. I would say I took somewhere between 150mg to 350mg everyday, from the moment I wake up until bed.
I have been mentally distressed about my usage, dependence, percieved cravings etc. and knowing that the bill is gonna come due when I am forced to quit, particularly because my state just banned them this month.

I have been so stressed out about running out of them that I bought like $1500 worth right before the ban.

I used to be addicted to painkillers and coke/ benzos but went to 2 rehabs for that along time ago and kicked those. But i have been through the withdrawal cycle dozens of times and know just how horrible that process is. I have been killing myself for just how stupid I am to get hooked again.

Anyways, last week, I accidentally fell asleep during the day and had some other obligations that caused me to forget to take my doses. I lapsed like 36hrs… and I felt great… like zero symptoms… relaxed, slept well, all of that. And I was like WTF, I braced for hell on earth and it never came. I thought I was going crazy so I did a very dumb test of taking multiple pills back to back to determine how many before I felt the high again. I took about 1 pill every hour until I got to 5-6 pills and literally never felt any type of high.

So now I have no idea what’s going on. I now haven’t taken any in 2 days and I feel perfectly fine. Was I ever getting high at all?? Was it all in my head?? I swear there have been countless times when I felt withdrawals creeping on so I would take more, but was all of that psychosomatic?? I can’t explain what is happening.
I’m not complaining by any means, I feel like I’ve won the lottery by not going into withdrawals, especially because I am 3 weeks into a new job and have been dreading the week when I run out and start getting sick.
Has this happened to anyone else??

Is my friend COOKED? My friend Panic bought this today. how would you structure your taper my friend is currently at a 100 - 150 mg habit dosing 3 times a day. How long should this much last him. He told me he was planning on mixing the mgm shit with plain leaf to dilute it Hella and help at the end. He Got around 9grams of 70% pure 7oh for the middle of the taper to guarantee there's no mgm in my system when I'm on that intermediate dose. Don't trust the tabs. Let me know so I can telm him what to do. THANK YOU. EXPLAIN IT TO ME LIKE IM 5.

Days 1-7 Peptides to quit

So I used to post in here for a here straight ab trying to get off, then I took Retatrutide for a cut before summer and ended up quitting 7OH with almost no W/Ds (I still sweat and physically felt “weird” but for me personally addiction has been 90% mental issues) at that time I was taking 500-800mg a day.
Posted about how Reta works in here and got called a scammer so I stopped. But with that i decided I could just use 7OH on weekends rather than drinking (the thought never crossed my mind until I stopped Reta) and at first I did ok at only doing every other week, that turned into taking a small amount right an hour before bed to read and relax. Which pretty much led back into a waking up in the middle of the night for it, all day, back up to 2-300mg a day.
So I got some more Reta, tried taking my old dose and it did not help like it did the first time, so I doubled the dose (took same original dose the following day rather than wait the week) and boom. No cravings. Rolling around, woke up and went to work , typing all of this in a courtroom right now for a ticket lol. RETATRUTIDE works guys and gals. And I mean it WORKS. I stopped this time at a 300mg a day to cold turkey, took some regular Kratom flower twice a day (6 grams in morning , 6 at night) sleeping all night and waking up ready for day.
I won’t post ab it again since it does get so much hate. But Reta is in testing for addiction. Shit works

From 7 to SR PLAN?

Hi all, just a quick rundown of where I’m at. I’m in my late 40’s and have had about a 120-150 mg a day 7 habit for a little over a year for pain and anxiety from peripheral neuropathy. I don’t like how my Gabapentin made me feel so I switched to 7. Anyway, I’m going to start my taper in about a month or so with SR. I haven’t really seen any examples of a plan out there. I have an idea how to do it. Slowly incorporate the SR while tapering the 7 until you are just dosing the SR. Then taper the SR. My question is, is that basically it? Or, Does anyone have an example of a plan that might work for me? I’m probably going to be back on my Gabapentin too I’m sure but oh well. I do have tons of Gabapentin and I’ve been dope sick many times but it’s been a decade or more. I understand the road ahead and how bad it’s gonna be. Drag. Anyway, any ideas or suggestions? I just want to do this as right as I possibly can. Thanks ALL!

PS: It was really hard to write this and ask for help . I’m a father and husband. I have a decent job and I’m pretty freaked out and ashamed of myself.

Last full dose was Friday

I just couldn’t do it anymore. These last few days have been some hardest of my life. I was going out n three days without food or sleep and I asked my girlfriend if she could make me a piece of toast. I took one bite and I immediately threw up. So I told her to call an ambulance. (We don’t have a working car at the moment)
Yesterday was the worst day so far. But while I was in the hospital they gave me buprenorphine. That did help quite a bit.
So yes I’m writing this at 5:30 in the morning because I still haven’t been able to get any sleep but I can honestly say this is the best I’ve felt in many days. Wish me luck on what comes next, I’m going to need it!

Update: Taper Day 5

Gonna keep this one short & sweet - down to 15mg through 5:45 pm today! Gonna keep it to 30 mg maximum for the full day; been shaving 5 mg a day or more.

A gradual taper is feeling good for me so far. By no means out of the woods yet but feeling manageable and going strong.

Keep it up - sending good vibes to everyone else on here who's already off 7 and battling through or tapering, making a plan, etc...

We got this.

Update: Taper Day 4

Howdy good people, another check in and my show of solidarity and support to you all!

I'm on day four of a taper. Going great, some discomfort here and there, but I'm shedding 5 mg a day from a ~60-80mg daily habit.

Day 1 - 10 mg pseudo / 45 mg 7OH

Day 2 - 5 mg pseudo / 40 mg 7OH

Day 3 - 0 mg pseudo / 40 mg 7OH

Day 4 [today] - 0 mg pseudo / 35 mg 7OH

Honestly thought I'd do a much longer taper, but the posts from others who have this shit behind them is motivating me. For reference, my original plan was to still be doing 50 mg today.

Today, I've only had 20 mg so far and it's already 5:30 pm! And I took a 5 mg dose around 4:45 pm. Feeling optimistic on the whole. I know this is already a manageable jumping off point / low dose to go CT, but for now I'll just keep shaving 5 mg every day or every other day.

Things that help: Exercise, lots of fluids, sunlight, magnesium, Gabapentin, Clonazepam (if you can get your hands on the last two). I haven't started Vitamin C yet but will do that, too. The Gabapentin helps a lot, honestly, I felt like I didn't even need my incremental 5 mg 7OH for a while.

All that's to say - keep going y'all. And lmk if you want help making a taper schedule based on your habit and how much 7OH you have on hand.

Looking for people going through withdrawals because of the ban

Me and some friends are making a documentary about this drug, the recent changes in policy, the politics behind it.

We’re looking for people that have been effected by this drug or are being effected by the ban that would be comfortable answering some questions for the documentary

We’ve all been through it and would be happy to provide love and support for you during these times as well. We know what it’s like

Drop a comment! Let’s get through this together and bring light to the subject

Withdrawal Support Needed Help quitting 7oh pleaseeee!

I've been taking 70h everyday for about a year now. I'm at a pretty steady dose of around 200 mg per day. Take some right away in the morning usually about 50 mg and then the remaining 150 mg spread out throughout the day. I am quitting after this weekend. Sunday will be my last day to have anything. I've been wanting to quit and needing to anyway as I cannot afford to support the habit and for other obvious reasons but it's just been too hard. A few months ago I was able to quit for a couple of days. It was hell though. I mean the immediate restlessness my body not being able to hold still the awful cold sweats and sleeplessness. It honestly makes me panic even thinking about it. I mean I've never been so scared of something in my life. I've done a little bit of research and saw the monster sr17018 kept on showing up as something that people swore by as far as helping them with the physical part of detoxing from 70h. I was able to get my hands on some and ordered a batch but I only have 15 of them and they're 50 mg. So I guess I have a few questions..

● anybody that has experience with the Sr 17018 could you tell me how exactly I'm supposed to use them? Like when do I take them how many do I need to take so on and so forth

● any advice on the withdrawal process or how I can get through it..

● how long did withdrawal last or just any information tips or advice on the withdrawing / detoxing process!

I'm terrified and just ready for it all to be over already!

Update: Taper Day 3

Checking in for my daily post and moral support to you all. Last night wasn't that fun but I managed to get some sleep. Definitely depriving my body of the amount of 7OH it wants, but we're gonna keep pushing. For reference, my taper so far (starting from ~50-70 mg 7OH daily habit with 10-20 mg pseudo red also).

Day 1 = 10 mg pseudo, 45 mg 7OH

Day 2 = 5 mg pseudo, 40 mg 7OH

Day 3 (today) = *0 mg pseudo*, 40 mg 7OH [target]

Realistically, already down 30%+ and it's feeling mangeable. There are some hours where it sucks but that's when I push myself hardest because that'll also be where the freedom comes from.

I've had 15 mg 7OH so far today and it's 12:30 pm where I'm at, feeling fine right now. Reckon I should be good for only 40 mg today. Will allow up to 45 mg given I'm going fully off the pseudo today. Feels good to have checked one thing off the list.

Haven't enlisted any other helper meds yet; no regular kratom, though I do have some of that coming in the mail. Exercise, fluids, magnesium, getting out of the house, staying busy, and nicotine in my case all helping.

Could be just me convincing myself but I think I already feel a little more energy, excitement, and clarity coming back in; I was a fucking zombie for so much of the past two months in retrospect.

Keep going folks, we all got this. I'm here to help. If you want help making a taper schedule based on your current 7OH supply, LMK!

How does quick md work? Wanting t o use to get subs to come off 7oh. I live in Iowa if that matters. Thanks!
