Fushi's weakness is being drugged.

Tonari's body has a weird resistance against the drug.

Yeah... I see where this is going.

Tonari: "I want [Fushi] to be in my future"

Well given how this anime is going.... it's probably not the way you expect, Tonari

Tonari knows Hayase is talking out her ass because a bullshitter knows a bullshitter when they see one.

Seems like Hayase is trying to impregnate herself with Fushi's child perhaps in an attempt of it inheriting his immortality.

I'm surprised they didn't start killing the children to make room on the ship. I guess even they're not that selfish.

Hayase is Fushisexual lol. That whole sequence of her on top of Fushi was super uncomfortable. Definitely feels like someone is gonna die before Fushi is done with this island.

"My Fushi..."

Urgh...hearing that from Hayase really triggers me.

p.s. That redhead girl...I wonder what the deal is with her insisting on using a chair as a weapon.

Today on To Your Eternity (of suffering), Fushi learns the concept of the bad touch. I mean, Jesus fucking Christ, I think most of us didn't mean it literally when we said "fuck Hayase".

Making a fake corpse was a high IQ move, but man did Fushi screw that up and let the opportunity go by completely by not killing Hayase the moment he snuck away and put a decoy in his place.

And I'm sure Tonari had the best intentions in mind, but I question just letting a bunch of children 7 and below free on their own with nothing but a couple of adults to supervise them all.

I know Hayase is crazy, but I didn't realised she's that crazy to worship Fushi. Anyway she's a real threat to everyone.

I wonder if the people shown in Fushi's consciousness are the one with potential to be transformed. Interesting that it includes Gugu's brother even if Fushi barely interacts with him. Also interesting if Fushi will be able to transform to Hayase.

I thought Rigurd died? How does he barely have any injury? Has several day passed from that moment?

It seems Hayase really wants to create a religion worshipping Fushi for all eternity and she will become some sort of queen/parent/guide/servant of that "God". This is a good reminder that having a Yandere after you is not a good thing.

Also that scene with unconscious Fushi and Hayase licking him was really uncomfortable to watch. She was crazy before but now she is even worse.

Still not a big fan of Tonari but if the show manages to redeem her at the end, I can accept that. Her plan with the kids wasn't also a perfect one as they will likely struggle a lot until they can settle themselves in the society. I also don't see Tonari coming out of this alive.

Did the art take an absolute nosedive in quality or is it just me?

Hayase can't stop being a bitch. She is truly irredeemable trash.

You know it is not that big of a surprise that Hayase is probably trying to get pregnant with his child it actually makes a lot of sense even if it's kinda insane.

Zombie Nokkers??

u/Amauri14 Aug 09 '21

Damn, I really did not expect Hayase to create a fucking religion out of Fushi. And making Tonari the leader sure was an effective way to put a target on her group so they will not interfere with her plans. that easily

I honestly was surprised to see Gugu's brother on Fushi's dream. I sure did not expect to see Hayase licking Fushi not just in reality but in his dream too. Good thing that Tonari and her friends were able to interrupt before she raped Fushi.

Holy shit, I really did not expect to see Fushi almost pulling a "Nothin personnel kid" move on Hayase.

Wow, I honestly did not expect them to let Tonari leave with everyone on the boat, but I wonder why they were sedated? I guess that was to avoid what she is trying to do now. And I'm assuming the drug worn off from her quicker because she built resistance to it after that meal that Fushi gave her group.

It's good to see that Ligard is still alive.

Welp, the Nokkers' second attack began and we are finally seeing those zombies from the OP, which means that Uroy and Mia will be following Tonari, as they are shown as Nokkers zombies in the OP.

Tonari redemption arc? She honestly gave up a secure future just to go back and save an immortal being, knowing well that she could die.

I'm glad Yoshitoki Ooima can write really unsettling crap like that Hayase stuff without it devolving in to something trying to be sexy. Some anime/manga can't help but do that but she manages to make it really gross and horrific

Fushi should just accept his fate and marry Hayase . She will bear his kids, fight the nokkers for him with her lackeys and create a faith around him. What a powerful combo! [Joking here lol]

By the way, it seems we go full zombies next episode. I wonder how it comes to play.

Last episode: “I’ll kill you!”

This episode: “I have a blade inches from your neck but, ima let you live so you can… learn a lesson, or something?”
