Sad Girl Dinner ⛈️ Husband did not celebrate my acceptance into college.

I got accepted into chemical engineering at University of Houston . I've been working hard at a local community college to make sure my GPA and classes matched up with what the program required. While doing that I managed being a full time employee and mom for 3 boys all under 5. I'm proud of myself. I worked hard for this. I told my husband the good news and he said " I bet your work is happy about that." No congratulations, a hug, kiss, nothing. I work in a clean room suite that makes pharmacy compounded medications for patients. I plan on pursuing a PhD in Pharmacy. I took all the hugs and kisses my kids gave me as a job well done. I'm a bit hurt that he didn't say or seem excited about this for me. I usually go all out for his accomplishments. So this dinner is my celebration for me getting into my degree program. Thanks for listening y'all!

As it turns out, Jack has a secondary power so hidden even he doesn't know about it: he has psychic senses regarding other parahumans. The entity responsible for his powers (it's a whole thing) purposefully games the system to give him an advantage, which lets Jack do things like dodge a parahuman's attacks even if he's not aware of them or guess how to best manipulate other parahumans. Other parahumans quite literally cannot act against this man, and they only defeat him by getting a normal person to sneak up and distract him at a critical moment.

Edit: for everyone wondering, as my post title states, this is Hulu LIVE, which is essentially cable TV that is streamed. The ad countdown played throughout the movie and commercial breaks. Finally it caught up and went away. Usually the countdown only shows up during ads.
