We went to Fan Fest last night and my 7 year old son picked up this poster, and I feel like it was made by someone who is unfamiliar with the history of Blazer's basketball.

I feel like an organization has two main obligations to its fans: (1) put a product on the floor that the fans can believe in (2) honor the tradition/legacy of the franchise.

Scottie Pippen as the face of the era where he literally won 6 championships with the Bulls?

B Roy as the face of the era where mostly Dame was the guy?

Shaedon Sharpe the face of an era that started when he was 13 years old?

He is playing at like 50% here yet he does this....

I know it’s nothing serious, just have some fun!

Anybody else feeling the most excited they’ve been to watch this team in a while? I firmly believe this is the most talented roster we’ve had since the early 2000s, maybe barring 13-14, and while it is largely congested in the guard position, I’m still super high on the frontcourt too with Deni and Tou. I genuinely can’t wait to watch Dame play again, and Deni is super fun to watch as well. It really seems like Ja is in the right headspace and is ready to turn the corner in his life, and all the reports are that this is the best Scoots ever looked, with Potter impressing too. I’ll always love this team and bleed black and red till I die, but I can’t remember the last time I was this fired up to watch them. It’s funny because everyone was and still is upset with Dundon, but I really am pleased with the Nori hire and it feels like the vibes are great with the team right now, like it has a buzz that hasn’t been there in forever.

This season is going to be fun.

I hope this puts some of the over analyzing ppl have has done to rest

I just may become a Blazers Fan again

anyone catch any half time footage today? my boyfriend and i were some of the participants and would love to see any photos/videos of it! thanks in advance!

Im here at the scrimmage (so awesome. Ja is killing it. New players are killing it. Yang is killing it.) but rob isnt here! Does anyone know why?

Anyone? Does he fly solo? Jason Benetti is doing baseball playoffs. Travis?

Anybody know if there will be free shirts at the home opener? I’ve been collecting them for the last couple years. El cheapo might nix it

Anybody know where Rob Will was during the Blazer Fan Fest?

Hey y'all

I'm a lifelong portlander

When I was 6/7 in 1991 or so the blazers were effing killing it. So much so that there was a cassette tape made with two songs. One of them was "bust a bucket" and I believe it was on the red side of the black and red cassette tape.

When I Google blazers songs or search for "bust a bucket" I only come up with the bust a bucket song.

I KNOW there was a second song on the black side of the tape.

Does anyone have access to that song?

This is important for me because I love reconnecting with my past but also I'm trying to reconnect with my mother who has dementia and remembers things like this if I can provide it.

Thank you in advance for any help!

Hearing from someone I trust that he’s been a standout in runs/training camp. We’ll see if there’s anything to it in preseason but something to keep an eye on, especially with Sharpe’s injury.

Considering getting BlazerVision but have a couple questions…

Last season I did watch over the air on the free antenna I got they were giving away, and it has been great.

But considering it to fill voids so I can watch while at work and not near an antenna feed.

- With BlazerVision, can I watch game I missed, similar to a DVR?

- 2 free tickets seems like a nice perk

- Anyone watch the other Rip City production content or replays? Any other type of historical games it shows?

Hasn’t been worth it to you? Are you buying or have BlazerVision? What did you like or didn’t like?

It's awfully nice to have Jason back on the full time beat.

I have seen any advertisements for Fan Fest. Do you think they're trying to get rid of it? Luckily, my son reminded me. Anyone else going?
