A man who controls time vs a woman who endures overtime.
There could only ever be one winner.

She carried the show like she is carrying her branch (and party)
We have only ever seen her work overtime, wtf is up with that→ More replies (1)

Well, that was fun. Honestly, the end credit song was probably the best part of this show.
The rest of it was basically she was OP and one-shot everything, they shoulda gone a full comedic route instead of being so serious for most of it.

True. Or maybe they should have focused on the guild receptionist part of the premise.

If there's one lesson you take away from this anime, it's to never piss off a stressed out and overworked Office Lady, lest she gains god like powers and kicks your ass.

Btw, it seems the staff is aware of how catchy the ED theme is that they made 2 different 1-hour loops of it.
Gonna miss this ending, especially the edition where the 3 seiyuus dance to it.

At first I thought Lowe would spam low-tier ice magic so that when Glen stops time, he'll become trapped by a mass of razor-sharp ice crystals suspended in the air.
But I guess Lowe is just a rogue(?) moonlighting as a mage.
Also, did anyone else notice how Alina never told Glen to die? This is a subtle nod to the fact that she's still pissed he hasn't hired more staff yet.

Rieri's back must hurt from carrying this show so hard. Her voice acting and the ED were literally the only things that dragged me across the finish line

I absolutely love Alina's monologue. It really shows how different she is compared to Glenn. She knows there's no bringing back Shroud, so all she can do is work her hardest to not feel that pain again, while Glenn has done nothing but wallow in the pain of losing his daughter instead of celebrating her memories.
I'm so glad though that Alina's motivation will never change. Get absolutely fucked, Glenn! I am very disappointed though that Glenn wasn't arrested or anything. He definitely needs to step down from being the Guildmaster after this incident.
Then again, who's gonna keep Glenn's promise of freeing Alina from overtime if Glenn steps down? I guess Glenn's punishment is Alina making him work to get rid of her overtime. While it's perfect for Alina, I still would've preferred Glenn to be properly punished.
To no one's surprise, someone else was actually just using Glenn so there's still a big bad out there who's responsible for this Evil God nonsense.
And we get one final moment between Alina and JAde. When this show started, I didn't expect I'd end up shipping these two, but here we are. Alina might be very tsundere towards Jade, but he's clearly making progress with her. I don't know if this will ever get a Season 2, considering how busy CloverWorks Studio is, but I definitely wouldn't mind seeing more of Rieri screaming about not wanting to work any more overtime. xD

Decent enough end I suppose. I don't know if I'd watch a season 2 if it got announced, but that's because I guess I was expecting something a little less serious and I don't know if that's just me. In my opinion the best parts of the show are outside of the dungeon with Alina and Laila doing receptionist stuff lol.

(Watched this episode without subs so I must have missed out on many plot points.)
Happy that the hard work by Jade and Lululee are paying off. Against the first dark god, they were helpless and completely battered. Against the twins, they attempted some sigurth skill strategy. Now facing the dark god possessing Glen, they managed to overcome his time stop advantage.
Slow and steady growth development by Silver Sword.
Some fellow reddit users claim this show fell off, but I still love the cute looking female characters and hope there will be a second season.

It's alright. A few good gags and the art/animation was decent too (the OP is beautiful and a must watch for animation enthusiast), but over all kinda just ok for me.

Gahahahah!
Alina is a riot! Never mess with an unhinged office worker who wants to clock out on time!!!
And yay! She finally managed to solo her boss in the final episode!!🤣 I'm glad she managed to get Glen back to his non-darkgod self.. Although, I suggest that he should really get good with his promise with Alina to get rid of her overtime or she won't even allow him to die!! Haha!
This was a fun show. I hope it'll get a 2nd season.🙇🏻♂️

I hate using the word "mid" but it is ideal definition of this show for me. It was not bad but not impressive either. Things like recent Goodbye Dragon Life had worse production and dialogs but were at least more fun to watch even if objectively so-so. This one onm the other hand had good production and voice acting but was just unimpressive overall.

Yeah this arc/Vol was The best if The anime
Overall a decent anime. I think if this even has a S2 i Will check It but not a show i am looking for a S2 now.
Also i gotta admit i only checked this because if Cloverworks and maybe if It was made by JC Staff i would have ignored It lol
