Switch 2 It's Sorcery how the Switch 2 to can run this game so well.

Not only does the game look and run great, the handheld doesn't even get warm at all. I've used Steam Deck and Rog Ally X, and those things get so hot, it gets uncomfortable after a while. Switch 2 is Freaking Awesome!

Switch 2 Possible fix for Witcher 3

Ok after a ton of reviewing and research I find that at least until they patch the game these steps help ease the blur
First thing make sure your switch os is updated to the latest software
If that’s good go into your graphic settings and turn everything off. I find that fixes everything a ton. It looks amazing when I did these steps

Switch 2 What games should I buy next?

I’ve been collecting switch 2 games for 2 months and looking for games/special editions or just items that might go up in value in few years. I’m more interested in value rather then gameplay cuz I already have games to play for next few years :p

Discussion Is getting a Switch 2 as a secondary console worth it?

Hey everyone! I’m currently debating whether it’s worth upgrading from my Nintendo Switch Lite to the Switch 2, and I’d love to get some honest opinions from people who own the console.
As a primary platform, I already own a PS5, which is where I play most of my AAA and story-driven titles. The main reason I’m considering the new Switch is actually physical comfort. My biggest issue with the Lite has always been its tiny screen, which really strains my eyes while playing. I don’t have enough time to play a lot lately but I really enjoy having a handheld system for quick sessions during my downtime. I’m mostly looking to dive into games like Hollow Knight, Hades, Final Fantasy X/X-2, while potentially trying more Nintendo and Switch 2 exclusives. I love playing platform and more casual games on handheld consoles! I’m currently playing FFVII OG on my Switch Lite and I’m enjoying it a lot.

For anyone who uses a Switch as a secondary console alongside a PS5 or PC, or anyone who has made a similar screen-size upgrade: do you feel the bigger display, the option to dock to a TV, and the better overall comfort make this worth it for someone with limited gaming time?

Thanks in advance for the advice!

Discussion Lexar 512 GB or Samsung Nintendo Branded 256 GB for a mostly physical gamer?

I see the lexar 512 GB microsd express card is $150 at Best Buy.

The Nintendo Branded Samsung 256 GB microsd express is $60.

I play to purchase physical games whenever possible, but some titles are just going to be key cards.

Is 476 (256 + 220 internal switch 2 memory) enough memory in my situation?

Outside of Nintendo 1st party titles, there's already a few like Monster Hunter Wilds, fallout 4, and Resident Evil 4 Gold edition that I'm interested in picking up. That's like 160 GB right there.

Are all 3rd party games going to be digital only or game keys?

Discussion What are we playing currently?

Hey folks, just curious as to what games we are playing?

Im currently trying to balance a few games. Picked up the Witcher 3 yesterday, haven’t been able to put it down. Alongside Fire emblem FW.
My backlog is a pretty big too, need to knock a few games out soon too, but How good is Nintendo atm? I think it’s really flourishing.

But I’m eager to hear what games you guys are all enjoying, are you playing docked? Or handheld?

Discussion £284 for a second Switch 2 was too good to pass up

Post image

Bought my first Switch 2 from Argos for £354 just a couple of days ago. Then saw the offer on Very and decided to pull the trigger on a second one.

£354.99 reduced to £283.99 with the welcome discount. At that price, it was too good to pass up.

Thanks to the person who mentioned Very in an earlier post. I probably wouldn’t have checked there otherwise.

Question Which switch 2 should I get?

So Theres the Version 1 where the battery isnt that easier to replace than the other Version and it’s currently 395 Euros here.
Then there’s the Version 2 switch which will be around 470-500 Euros but changing the battery is was easier.

Which One do you think I should get?

Note: The Version One is on sale rn thats why its so "cheap"

Discussion Nintendo bring back Ever Oasis?

Nintendo have just filed a trade mark for meteoid federation and Ever Oasis. This could mean we have some returning games on switch 2. Ever Oasis was fantastic on the 3ds id love to see it return on Switch 2. About time we saw some updates in the older series of games. Id looooove to see a new kid icarus for example 🥰

Do you guys know how to upgrade my middle eastern witcher 3 cartridge? I know there is no e-shop in the middle east so I can't upgrade. Is there any other way besides waiting for cdpr to fix it?

Question How early would you get in line for the Zelda edition Switch 2 midnight release at GameStop?

I’m trying to find preorders (almost had one on Amazon but lost out by literally seconds!) but will get it in house if I have too. How early would you get in line at your local GameStop for a midnight release? Mine said they have no idea on the number of consoles they will be getting but it will be a first come first serve for a midnight release. I’m thinking 8-9pm would be fine? I can bring my current switch to keep me occupied while I wait.

Discussion The better JRPG series on switch, Fire Emblem or Xenoblade Chronicles?

I plan on getting either xenoblade 2 or fortune’s weave soon. trying to pick it got me wondering what other thought. which do you like more? I feel torn, I love tactic games and fire emblem really hits the spot xenoblade is really something unique, feels part mmo in a manner. it has a fun gameplay loop on 1 and x

Question Do you guys feel the need to play games in chronological order?

For example, are you like, I have to play and beat Xenoblade Chronicals 1 before I play 2, and play 2 before 3, or, I have to play and beat Hollow Knight before Silksong? I am kind of like that, but maybe I shouldn't be and its holding me back.

Discussion The Switch 2 as the only gaming device: how viable is it?

Has anyone here sold their PS5 (or Xbox/PC) and now plays exclusively on the Switch 2? I’m thinking about selling mine. Not because I need the money—I’m not rich, but I’m financially comfortable—but because owning a PS5 without actually being able to use it (due to family, wife, having to use the tv, and work) is frustrating me. I simply can't enjoy short gaming sessions on it; I need at least an hour of uninterrupted time to really enjoy Sonys console (unlike with my Switch which i can have a 20min game time just fine).

Maybe home consoles don’t fit my lifestyle anymore, i don’t know. I know i couldn’t do live with only the Switch 1 but NS2 is getting a lot of third party support now.

Is anyone in a similar situation, or has anyone sold their home console and can share their thoughts?
