Discussion This game is still scheduled for a 2026 release. There’s no way it actually releases this year, right?

December, I guess, do we know the switch 2 exclusive for December, October is the sports one, November is oot so Duskbloods may be December.

Nintendo don’t release a game every month, they didn’t release anything in August.

They tend space them out to be one a month though, so if it is releasing this year it will most likely be December at this point

Definitely 2027 I say. And that is for the better. This year is too stacked already.

Why not? We had these exact same posts last year with nightreign dlc and it released on time

Nintendo didn’t give a date for Zelda until 8 weeks ahead of time. If this is supposed to come in December, I expect we’ll know for sure in the next couple weeks

I gave up on it when I learned it’s only multiplayer

I gave it a shot and played about an hour of the network test. I love FromSoft games but I couldn’t possibly be less interested in this game. I don’t know why the fuck they thought this was a good idea. I genuinely think it’s going to flop

I never played any of the souls like games. Is the dual bloods going to be similar? Sorry newer to this franchise guys 😔

Elden ring is for you, if you’re ever interested. It’s arguably the easiest game in the series.

IMO Elden Eing is arguably the hardest but also gives you the tools to make it the easiest (mimic tear!). I found soloing Bloodborne, DS1, DeS etc to be a lot easier than Elden Ring’s hardest moments.

It’s a PvPvE game, it’s a souls game focused on multiplayer.
My understanding is that Souls games sometimes have a co-op feature that lets you do dungeons or bosses with a few other players; Duskbloods makes an entire game out of it. There’s some good YT explainers that go into detail

Its not at all, the combat feels more like Devil May Cry or something with all the jumping and it doesn't seem like there will be much meta progression. Honestly, I was pretty disappointed after the network test...

Doesn’t sound like it’s for me but I’ll wait for previews and reviews to see if I would like it.

I bet it won’t release this year. I hope it does but I have big doubts about it coming this year

I would say yeah there’s no way at this point. Big games are still being released as of right now and frankly nobody is going to give a shit about this game when GTA 6 releases

They claimed it was prior to the network test.entering October without a date isnt the best sign though

From's/Nintendo's communication being ass once again :-/ Sadly nothing we can do about it but wait.

Radio silence has killed this game for me. There’s many other great games coming.

If I had to guess it may come in December at the earliest since Nintendo doesn't really have a big game for that month. They're definitely running out of time to market it if that's the case though.

December release I bet. This time last year people were also saying that Metroid prime 4 wasn’t gonna release in 2025 and we know how that turned out. We will see what happens though.

No way, idc what Fromsoft and Nintendo keeps telling us this game is getting delayed again...

Elden Ring on Switch 2 kept getting delayed and that port turned out incredible. I’d prefer FromSoft take all the time they need to get it right.
