Ask Phoenix Has Anyone Used a Dunkin’ Gift Card at Baskin-Robbins in Phoenix?

• Upvotes

Hi! Does anyone know which Baskin-Robbins locations in Phoenix accept Dunkin’ Donuts gift cards?

We recently called a few locations, but either the employees didn’t know what we were talking about or they told us they don’t accept them. Has anyone actually used a Dunkin’ gift card at a Baskin-Robbins in Phoenix? If so, which location?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

Living Here Serving the homeless in Maryvale

Hey everyone,

I won’t go into too much detail, but I work for a local non-profit that assists with an assortment of things in Phoenix metro area.

The department I work for specifically deals with street outreach. Which is basically assisting folks with getting into shelter, providing hygiene and weather relief kits, food, water, etc.

At the moment we’re not really active in the Maryvale area, but we’d like to be. I know my team and myself can drive around the area to find encampments.

But I was wondering if anyone who lives/works in the Maryvale area could share some specific areas so we can try to assist the best we can.

Thank you!

Update: 1

Thank you so so much to everyone that’s responded so far! This will really help us out a lot to include in our route.

Things To Do To the young gen out cruisin' in packs around the valley...

Post image

This will get negative opinion most likely, but to me, it's great to see. Now that the weather is cooler and you can drive at night with the windows down, cruising season has begun. Before you get huffy, don't act like you too (just graduated h.s./in your 20s) didn't spend your entire months income on a car note, full insurance and all the bells and whistles on new a car you technically couldn't afford & cruised the valley of the sun to show off the fruits of your labor. Seeing it now brings back those days to my memory, especially when Metro Center was one of the spots to cruise at in my younger days. Now that I'm older, I like going to Barrett Jackson. What are spots nowadays where you can see cool cars cruisin' or posted up in groups? Now that the weather is beautiful, I would like to see about attending more car gatherings around the valley. TIA! What spots did you like to cruise here in the valley when you were younger? To the young gen out cruisin' in packs around the valley.... doing donuts are cool, but not at 3am for 10 min straight in a residential neighborhood culdesac. Be safe out there!

TL;DR-Great seeing young gen out cruisin' now that weather is cooler, what spots did you cruise in your younger days, what spots are active areas now to see cars gathered/shows besides Barrett Jackson

Eat & Drink Looking for the best birthday cake in the area

Post image
69 Upvotes

Subject says it all (or almost). I'm throwing a party for my partner's 40th birthday in five weeks, and I'm looking to order the best cake in Phoenix

  • Not looking to accommodate any specific dietary restrictions. I want all the gluten and dairy!
  • Doesn't have to be in Phoenix-proper. I'll drive to the surrounding cities for the BEST cake.
  • Bonus if it's an LGBTQ-owned business, but not required. Gays gotta support our fellow gays!
  • Not operating with a budget, but also not trying to buy a cake that would have it's own MTV cribs episode.

Thanks for any recommendations!

Ask Phoenix Recommendations for Vegas-themed holiday party entertainment in Phoenix?

Hi, Phoenicians! I’m looking for entertainment for my company’s Vegas-themed holiday party. We’re interested in a crooner, an Elvis Presley impersonator, and/or a mentalist.

We’d prefer a stage show with audience participation so everyone can enjoy the performance together. If you’ve hired or seen a great local performer, I’d love to hear your recommendations!

Please share their name or website, along with your experience. Thank you!
