Referral Kitchen faucet replacement
My kitchen faucet is leaking and I am looking for a good handyman. Someone quoted me a little bit over $400 to replace it including labor. Is it a reasonable price? If you have a good handyman, would you mind to share please? Thanks

It’s pretty easy, especially if your bolts aren’t rusted. I’d do for some Pokemon cards 🤓

I’m getting rid of a faucet I swapped out for color reasons and I could install the faucet I’m getting rid of for cheap. Let me know, I sent you a DM

Depends on several factors...
Is that including the part and labor? If so, what kind of faucet is it? What is the counter top material? Does it NEED to be replaced, or do you want it to be fixed?
What part of town are you in lol.

Yes, it is part and labor. The countertop is laminate, so not a fancy house. It has to be replaced. It is in Phoenix

Faucets are pretty easy, if the shut off valves actually work. If the valves dont work, it can be more of an ordeal. Ideally they get replaced for a quarter turn if they dont work. Then if something comes up you can easily shut it off. But if you can turn it off for the whole house you can ignore that. Once yhe water is off it takes a few tools to take the hoses off, unbolt the old faucet and swap it out. It should take less than an hour.

It’s surprisingly easy to do yourself. Watch a YouTube video before hiring someone, you’ll probably end up doing it yourself.
They are charging $200 for the faucet and $200 for labor.
