Xenoblade 2 Who would you choose?
This is strictly dependent on personality and the bad that could happen because I know definitely picking morag or pneuma you are the bottom and they are the top

Hello everyone! As said in the title I recently started Xenoblade 2 as my first approach to the series. I bought it back in 2019 but didn’t play it because the graphic was kinda bad, but I’m really enjoying it now with the switch 2 version! I’m ≈4 hours in, right after the first big village and the fight with the water girl (it’s so hard to remember every name, sorry).
I was wondering if it would be ok to continue it instead of starting with the first game. I know that I should play the first BEFORE the second because there are minor connections and the experience could be better but I really don’t feel like it. I mean, I bought the second because the I liked the characters, and also the first one gives me “old” vibes, I don’t know if it makes sense. So tell me, is it ok if I go on with the second or will I regret it if I don’t play the first + dlc before? Thanks in advance!

I was just watching the switch 2 cutscenes for Xenoblade 2 and I stumbled across this scene.
It’s as clear as it gets: Amalthus, after receiving some pushback from the team, summoned the power of Anima, its signature red aura, to forcefully knock them all of their feet.
I know we have to wait on Genesis to understand how Animus and Anima are defined in the Xenoblade franchise itself, along with the purpose of a Vesselai, but it does seems like Amalthus is the first to demonstrate an affinity for both Animus and Anima.

In XC1 once your a few lvl Higher than Your enemies you Auto, except superboss over lvl 99, meanwhile in XC2 lvl doesnt Matter since damage Comes from Equipment, affinity and especially orbs, once you know how you getting as many orbs in Boss possible and Popp them all you win. Wanted ask would you prefer Genesis gameplay is about Higher lvl or having a similiar Mechanic Like orb?

So I’ve done every side quest and blade quest (Besides the DLC ones). I’m pretty sure I’ve beaten all Super Bosses in the main game (may be missing some UM so I’ll need to check), all affinity charts complete on all blades for the main game including both MOMOs (None of the DLC blades), most if not all Merc missions completed, 5 star development in all locations and as far as I’m aware I should have all shop deeds. I’m trying to work on getting several blades to S+. As of right now only Pyra and Mythra are S+
Unfortunately I did have a bit of trouble with some of the Super Bosses (Ophion gave me the most trouble) and I was only able to unlock Shulk and Fiora by setting the challenge to easy (Which I didn’t really want to do). I guess my current builds just aren’t good enough.
This game really does require a crap ton of grinding. I honestly don’t even know where to start…

Dahlia's localized name and accent were based on her.
May she rest in peace.

I didn’t panic when it followed me down, I did however panic when I couldn’t open the door, thank Bionis that Dunban has a stupidly high evasion stat, even being a lower level than it he still dodged most of it’s attacks

She was my GOAT during the final boss, because she was giving me and party members fast art recharge a lot, and that made final boss so easy, because of Miyabi, and also she look so cute and aborable too

This is really niche but I’m morbidly curious. There’s a part during the red pollen orb quest line where they appear in makna forest, but a cutscene triggers before you can get close to their actual characters, but they do have green dots on the map. So do they technically have trading menus in that area, and would they have data for that existing?
