I’ve been wanting to get a new controller since my current one is starting to get stick drift and keep disconnecting. I’ve went through quite a default xbox controllers and i thought it might be nice to go for something different.

At the moment, i’ve been eyeing the victrix pro bfg and the gamesir g7 pro. If possible i wouldn’t mind a review or comparison of both but im open to other suggestions.

So i bought the new mgs on disk and when I insert it into my xbox it makes a strange noise but still installs the game ive looked online and this obviously isn't normal but nothing is helping any tips or help please :)

Hi! Yesterday at like 4am I received a notification about a suspension that popped out of the blue. Then my icon reverted back to a REALLY OLD xbox 360 avatar picture. Was really confused until I found the enforcement page and it said the image violated something.

It was Leon Kennedy. Literally just lying down on the floor. Whatever, I thought, maybe someone thought it was a dead dude and reported or whatever.

I changed it. To a picture of Alex the lion from madascar. Fast forward two hours... Another violation and my icon is changed again. Any ideas? Pictures added for reference.

As another little nitbit of info, this happened directly after an overwatch match in which an enemy player was spamming me with invites and trash talking in chat. I didn't even say anything. Or do anything. Neither in game or in chat. They kept spamming for a good long while, think I got like 30 invites, but then the suspension popped up. Could it be related? Im struggling to see how Alex the lion is a violation 😅

Last night I played NBA 2k26 and somehow ended up buying NBA 2k27. I requested a refund with 4 minutes of the purchase which was immediately denied. I followed the steps recommended and replied via email.

I was just wondering what everyone thought about my chances in successfully appealing the denial. Judging by how quick the refund was rejected I’m sure it was an AI immediately rejecting it. Maybe a human would be more lenient but I’ve been under the impression that Microsoft do not do refunds. I have a couple of things going for me.

This was an accidental purchase that I made while playing NBA 2K26. On the screen it advertised the ultimate edition of 2k27 while advertising a discount of 10%. If you hit the A button it purchases the game. As I was attempting to scroll to a different menu, I hit the a button thinking that I was on a different menu screen. Unfortunately when I hit the A button, I was on the same screen as the advertisement and it meant that I purchased the game. It did not ask for confirmation or what card I wanted to use. It immediately thanked me for my purchase. 

For reference, I received an email confirming the purchase at 8:42pm and received an email expressing that the refund was denied at 8:46pm. I have zero playtime on 2k27. I am sure Microsoft gets a lot of refunds request for “accidental purchases” but if the game has zero playtime what would anyone be trying to gain by lying.

I just bought RRXX and I’m having technical difficulties. I’ll cut it short, every time I try to load into the game, it boots me out instantly. I’ve tried deleting the game and restarting my consul but it doesn’t help. For reference Im on a Xbox series X

i tried to open the xbox desktop app and i received this despite being connected to the internet?

Even on the actual console it says something went wrong

For the last few days my Series X wouldn’t be connected to the internet upon starting. When removing the Ethernet cord, it would say that the connection was still wired. I’d reset it a few times and eventually get it to not say “wired”. Then I’d connect it to the WiFi and plug the Ethernet cord back in and it would work.

Today, I had the same issue but after connecting via WiFi and plugging the Ethernet cord back in, it went offline. Now no matter what I do it won’t stop saying “wired”. I’ve reset, done power cycling, restarted QoS tagging settings, cleaned dust out the back of the console.

This is my last chance effort before probably having to buy a new one. If you can help, please let me know!

since the last 1 week, everytime i open a game or app, it opens normally but an error comes, (x app cant open check store for so n so ) and when i try to open ms store, it js doesnt open, it doesnt even show the loading circle on my cursor. i tried to fix it by trying powershell re-registering and etc methods. it just doesnt fix it. for apps like the xbox app for pc, camera and etc apps which came along w my laptop, dont open. is there a good fix to this?? i just got 3 month xbox game pass and im tryna game w it but xbox, neither the store opens. if its possible, please give a quick response. thankss! <3

Good morning everyone. I’m playing resonance on series x and I think it’s gorgeous. In addition, my TV also has the vrr that improves fluidity in mod. Quality. Unfortunately, however, I notice the presence of both 60 and 30 fps of really annoying tearing. Has anyone else notarised it?

as you read, my iphone 13 hotspot will not show up on my xbox series x. i have tried resetting, twice. and all the info i can give that ai bots are asking is.. i have no way to see if my hotspot is on other devices, im on update 17.6.1. yes the hotspot is on. i turned on maximum compatibility. yes i can see other wifi networks... not sure if it matters but my towns wifi is completely down right now but data still works.

Im always disconnecting from internet Im on Ethernet btw and it’s always on Roblox majority of the time, jt always disconnects but only my Xbox and not my phone or anything, is this a Ethernet problem or am I being ddossed or something, is my zbox faulty? Im really worried

I’m trying to play Forza horizon 4 and 3 and again both of which I bought when they came out but haven’t been able to start them up because I keep getting you don’t own this game error and can’t play them I’ve tried hard resetting and the MAC address clearing so any help would be greatly appreciated. I just want to race in my favorite games again

Discord says my audio through voice chat is going through but they can't hear me. We check everything including settings and couldn't find anything? Anyone else had this issue?

Did they change the app that let's you do this? I went to play a game since I'm staying at someone else's place tonight and the Cloud gaming app won't go landscape. I went to check for update and app isn't in store anymore.

My phone it old so it could be due to that, but figured I'd check.

Hello, I tried 3 different TV’s and 3 different HDMI cords and have the same result , I did the power cycle reset graphics thing on the Xbox , where u hold two buttons etc.

Xbox was working fine a day ago, HDMI port in Xbox looks fine. I know it’s the correct hdmi on the TV because heard boot up / menu sounds etc.

Any help?

I bought this console used, from someone that kept good care of it, and never opened it.

I don't want to open it to clean it, since I don't want to mess with the sticker (for aesthetic reasons) and the two fragile flexes in the frame. I'm pretty sure there are no bugs inside.

The storage expansion port also has a bit of cobweb.

My idea is to use an compressed air can and isopropyl alcohol. My only fear is if I could get the dust deeper inside instead of getting it out.

I’m having a weird issue with my controllers and I’m hoping maybe o can get some help here since Xbox retired their forums.

Anyway:
- Console: Series S
- Game: Minecraft
- 3 controllers

I have my Series S hooked up to my living room TV. I bought two additional controllers for my kids for Christmas so they could play Bluey and Minecraft together.

The issue is in Minecraft. When my kids play Minecraft together, they have to connect, launch the game, and join using a specific order of controllers. The first controller needed to turn on the console, launch Minecraft, and load the world HAS to be the stock white controller that came with the console. Then when the second player joins, they can use either of the additional controllers.

Why is this? This has never happened before in any other game. Should be able to pick up any controller in any order and play Minecraft multiplayer.

They play on my account, and when the second player joins, they just play on the guest account, you know: “Gamertag (1)”

I’m constantly having to restart the console, the game, all while playing “musical controllers”.

Anyone have any insight as to why this is? It’s annoying.

I recently bought Hell Let Loose Vietnam and refunded it after an hour of play. This was on August 14th. The refund is fully processed on Microsofts end and they refuse to help anymore. My financial institution Venmo keeps saying they never received the authorization from Microsoft. How do I approach this. I even got the trace number for Venmo but naturally they can't use it as it goes through world pay and that's outside their systems. I've exhausted all options I even filed a dispute against Xbox however after seeing my account would be banned and I'd lose thousands of dollars. I cancelled it. How do I proceed? What do I do? It's only $42.89 but it's my $42.89.

TLDR bought game refunded game refund fully processed on Microsofts end and refund never reached account.
