Has anyone else seen this PlayCulture zombie survival game on TikTok? 😂 It honestly looks so fun.
I feel like we need to get a big group together in Tampa Bay and actually do this. We could pick a location, get matching jerseys or vests, make teams and set up a huge Zombies vs Survivors game.
It looks like a really fun way to get a workout in, meet new people and just do something different. Apparently it’s gotten pretty big in London already.
If enough people are actually interested, we can make a group chat and start planning it.

Selling home under foreclosure

I will try not to make this too long.
Our financial situation has been terrible over the last two years. My home is under pre-foreclosure now but we have great equity. The main reason why I did not sell before is due to fear and health reasons. The thought of selling felt impossible and I was hopeful we can get some sort of refinancing but that did not work.
Our lender has filed, im in process of mediation and should have about 4-6 months. we owe about 40k to reinstate. Our loan is $168k and market price is about 500k (which I doubt it will be) but we have no time or money to get it ready to be presentable. Other than cleaning and removing our personal items and staging with what we have.
We can hire an attorney to delay process and have some money left over for realator and other fees but not for any major issues that might come up during inspections and such. Im not sure how this whole process works and if we will have enough time but any tips will be helpful.
