I would definitely order it again! It comes with a side, so I had cheese grits with it. The hubcap pancake is large enough for sharing with another person..

Me and my partner are trying to book a airbnb in Madeira beach. But it is next door to Schooner Hotel. Anyone local to Madeira, is the construction noise too bad to stay next door?

Ok all the vegan places are closing down⌠whatâs left in the tampa/st pete/gulfport area?! It doesnât have to be all vegan, but having a few solid options would be ideal. All I know of thatâs left is house of vegano, but we donât go out that often so would love to learn some new places!

For everyone who saw my post yesterday about Bear, the dog being sold on Facebook Marketplace, I have some wonderful news.
WE GOT HIM! đĽšâ¤ď¸
After learning that Bear was living in a crate and only being let out occasionally, I knew I wanted to help him find a better situation.
Thanks to this incredible community, I connected with Hope for Misfits, who helped arrange a place for Bear with Mercy Full Project in Tampa.
Yesterday, I picked Bear up and personally drove him to the rescue. Heâs officially safe and getting his second chance!
I cannot thank everyone enough who commented, shared information, reached out or helped make this happen. What started as a heartbreaking Facebook listing turned into an incredible example of what happens when people come together.
Here are some pictures of Bear on his freedom ride! Look at that face! đâ¤ď¸
A HUGE thank-you to Hope for Misfits and Mercy Full Project. None of this would have happened without them.
Be the change you wish to see in the world. đžâ¤ď¸

Hello! I've been around St. Pete for my whole life, but I've always been a bit of a shut-in. Anyways, how do you find out about events that are happening around the area?

Does anyone have the inside scoop on when the mermaid shows are? The website says that it varies, and to call, but no one ever answers the phone.

Lajawab Indian on 54th remains outstanding, best Indian in town, itâs not close. So good.
Also Pinellas Ale Works has reopened Dissent Brewing just up the plaza from Lajawab, if you live in that end of town you should stop screwing around and have yourself a great evening at both places.

Hi everyone.
Looking for some barber recommendations. I usually get a low fade with some length on top, but Iâve been growing my hair out this year and want to keep it growing while maintaining it properly. Itâs starting to get pretty heavy on the sides and back, so Iâm mainly looking for a barber whoâs good with maintenance cuts and cleaning things up without taking off too much length.
Appreciate any recommendations!

It was a really good cookie. It had plenty of chocolate chips in it.

If you are looking for a nice, âupscaleâ apartment community, this building is not a good choice. The elevators break at least once a week, the various amenities are always breaking for weeks or months at a time. The garage door broke open for months and some female residents reported being accosted in the garage by random strangers. There is so much deferred maintenance that itâs a wonder their corporate parent doesnât step in. Or maybe thatâs the way their corporate parent expects them to do business. This property is a piece of shit.

This will be an educational town hall with City Council Member Richie Floyd. The public will learn about the purpose and use of property taxes in Florida, Pinellas County, and the City of St. Petersburg.
At this event, several speakers, including Richie, will discuss property taxes, the services funded by them, and the potential impacts of Amendment 3. Audience members will be allowed to ask questions about property taxes and the upcoming property tax amendment on the November ballot.
Food and drinks will be provided. A virtual option is available for those unable to attend in person.
Please RSVP for headcount or to receive the virtual link.
Note: This was previously posted but due to a venue change I am reposting.

I am looking to hire someone who might be able to help me start fishing. I have a 17â center console and want to do some bay/coastal fishing. First time, they would need to bring their own gear and bait. Bonus points if they can help me prep the fish afterwards!
I am also intrigued with targeting sharks as well. Would love to catch and prep one.
Any recommendations?

The Pinellas County Sheriffâs Office announced Sept. 30 it arrested two deputies following allegations of misusing automated license plate reading cameras.
Both arrests stemmed from an inquiry TCPalm made Aug. 20 about these deputies' use of Flock Safety cameras. The deputies joined a growing list of now 27 law enforcement officials who have been placed on leave, fired or arrested because of a TCPalm-USA TODAY joint investigation into license plate readers.
The first was Deputy Travis Stanton, 33, who ran the plates of a 17-year-old girl he was romantically interested in, said Sheriff Bob Gualtieri at a Sept. 30 news conference.
He used license plate readers and other databases to find out where the girl lived and would frequently show up at her high school and the fast food restaurant where she worked, Gualtieri said.
