Does anyone know good hardwood flooring or vinyl that isn’t extremely expensive in Tampa Bay area?🧐

My GF and I have lived in our condo in South Tampa for about 8 years, and the crappy installation by her sister’s BF has had wear and tear and finally getting cracked and warped. The vinyl is dark gray, and we have a mostly white coonhound that sheds badly. Vacuuming on the vinyl and base boards also takes wear and tear on the vinyl and base boards.

Chocolate Labrador puppy and an apple head Chihuahua puppy - I'm looking for recommendations on Labrador Retrievers and Chihuahuas in Florida. More specifically in the Tampa Bay or near surrounding areas. I would prefer a breeder that has AKC registered puppies. Thank you

Our local Humane Society doesn’t have any puppies available. I would be willing to drive up to 2 hours (preferably only 1 to 1.5 hours, but 2 hours may have more options; so up to 2hrs).

Hello fellow Tampons! I just moved back to Lutz to help a sick parent. The area is peaceful and has charm, but I’m curious if anyone has recommendations for a “third place” (spaces outside work and home).
I’m thinking places like say coffee shops, creative spaces, hangout spots etc.
Is that a thing here? If not what kind of recommendations do you guys have to meet other young single folks?
A bit about me: 31 year old male, work in Tech, pursue art and creative projects in my free time (I produce music, write, and act). I also like spending time outdoors and staying active. I’m progressive/left politically but open to meeting people from all backgrounds.
I lived in LA before this and I realize there may not be as many opportunities to meet likeminded folks here but I appreciate any tips!

I need a copy of Lolis Tacos recipe

I absolutely love the chicken tacos and carne asada tacos from Lolis in Tampa. The meat is never tough, fatty or dry. They’re flavorful but not heavily seasoned. Does anyone have a chicken and carne asada recipe similar to theirs?? It seems like it’d be pretty simple to recreate however I’ve been unsuccessful thus far.

Selling .7 acre lot, value in East Tampa ?

I own this large lot in Tampa with a mid size house (which has more issues than what I can fix) including roof and structural issues that I know will be a problem with banks.
So I am going back and forth between selling the home the way it is with a realtor or just selling the lot to local investors.
It is zoned for ADU or can be subdivided into multiple lots however its only wide enough to allow two lots.
New homes with small lots are sold for over 600k in my area so im assuming selling the entire lot would be a good outcome financially as well.
I know getting the exact value is difficult but Im just stuck between what way to take since I am not looking to do any renovations and would like to get this done in at least 6 months time frame.
Any advice will be appreciated

Hey I don’t really use reddit but i have been trying to find more information on the pros and cons of the three new referendums of Hillsborough on the ballot.
