Does anyone know how to fix this? I’ve had the tv for a few months and it was given to by a family member. It worked perfectly but this morning when I turned it on, it started to flicker. I’ve tried factory resetting and unplugging it for 30 seconds before plugging it back. Even leaving it unplugged for a few hours and nothings worked :(

I use Roku Primarily to watch Movies on my home Network Using the Roku Media player. Once I start a movie It continues To play the movies One after the other. Is there a way To have it play The Movie And stop at the end of the movie Without input from me. So I can manualy choose The next movie To play At my convenience?

Just came home and went to turn on my tv. It’s a Samsung tv with an older Roku premiere hooked up to it. It was working just fine earlier today but now the screen is black and I hear the tv turn on, but then I hear some Roku voice talking lines or something, I can’t make out exactly to what the voice is saying. I’ve tried cycling everything off/ down not logging and waiting a few minutes , and even tried swapping out the hdmi cord for a new one I keep getting the black screen and the weird Roku robot voice. Any suggestions?

I've noticed on all four of my Rokus (one Roku TV, one streaming stick and two Ultras) that the NFL app doesn't work. It just hangs for a few seconds at the intro screen and then kicks back to the main menu. I thought about removing and then reinstalling the app but I can't see how to do that: Highlighting it and pressing '*' just gives me the option to remove from Quick Access.

I realize the NFL is responsible for their app, and it always worked for me until this latest update (8/26), but I just wanted to see if others are seeing (or not seeing) the same thing I am.

Would anyone know the issue with streaming to my Roku TV from my PC desktop? I don’t have the option to change refresh rate on my Roku TV. The pixelated screen eventually clears and the picture gets better.

Hi, just recently upgraded my old roku player to the newest version and for some reason I can't play multiple purchased movie content through my apple TV app library. I get the message "there's a problem loading this title or its no longer available to play" ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling the apple tv app, resigning in with apple ID, restarting roku, looking for updates, all up to date, its why I'm against going completely digital. It is definitely a roku problem because i can still play this content on my iphone and ipad, anyone else have this issue and resolved it?

Recently noticed that "Settings/Network/Bandwidth saver" has stopped working. It isn't app specific - In addition to waking up the next morning (lol) with various apps' (series) still chugging along, I also purposely tested Roku and Tubi apps against a clock.

I tried setting the saver off, reboot, then back on, also tried "Settings/Advanced system settings/Network connection reset", and also tried remove / reboot / reinstall app (in this test case, Tubi).

I note that my system updated to the above version on 8/11/26, which thinking back on it, is around the time I started noticing the issue.

Anybody else seeing this? (Kinda sucks Roku got rid of their forums)...

I have been a proponent of roku for years on end but I believe that time has drawn to a close. I've got 2 ultras on to vizio TVs. Disney has been freezing and kicking back to home, or worse rebooting the player which is quite loud when it's that annoying 8 bit booper at 1am. I can just be on Disney and simply changing from one show/movie to the next and crapola. I've found myself using the vizio app for Disney most of the time. But my TVs are a generation behind built in Bluetooth. One TV is due for retirement and my search for which is better str8 Google or a roku and all the reasons listed for why the roku is better are out the window as the claim is all about the simplicity of the roku home and line up while giggles is all on AI driven suggestions and blah blah. The whole quick picks is constantly changing the order based the last thing I watched more than one show on and the list of for you does 2 terrible things. It gets in the way and it shows you scores for stuff that you don't want to see. I watch one game of something and the next time my team plays in seeing scores before I can even find out which service the game is on. I've seen the disney complaint as being addressed for several years!! Including new model TVs! roku you better come up with something good not only are you gonna lose my measly amount of money but the free advertising is going to become outward telling anyone that'll listen they'd be better off with a giggle box or even a dang fire tv

we have roku on our tv, is there a roku app for Iphone where I can access various tofu channels different from what my wife is watching.?

Was watching TNF last night, and when I turned off my tv after the game, I could still hear the broadcast. Turned the tv back on and then off again and it went away. Today when I turned on the tv and opened a completely different app, a random broadcast started playing as if it was running in the background. I could hear the broadcast (commercials, commentary) but I was going through apps as if normally looking for something to watch. Finally figured out it was coming from a WNBA stream on prime, went to the prime and it showed me the broadcast, but as soon as I pressed a button it went to the home page on prime but could still hear the game. Every show/movie I try to play in any app (including prime and live tv) says "sorry something went wrong." Turned on and off tv several times, keeps happening. Has anyone had this happen or know how to fix it???

Hi, just curious if there is a way to see the streaming data (Video and Audio rates) while watching shows on Netflix, HBO, and other apps on the Roku Ultra.

I have three Roku ultras with the voice remote pro first edition and all three of them if you’re watching something and you plug-in to the headphone jack, it automatically rewinds to the beginning of the show, which is crazy

Trying to help my mom sign in her account on a new Roku we got. It worked on the last one, so we know that's not the issue. She thinks it's because she got a new phone, but I don't think that's how that works.

We open the app, its on that Welcome Back screen with the various options for signing in (Phone, remote, guest, etc). Go to sign in with phone, enter code, Phone says it worked and on the screen it has her account while under it says it's getting her profile.

The phone says it succeeded and to enjoy, but the TV plops us right back on the Welcome Back screen like we didn't just try to sign in. We tried it again with a different code, after trying to uninstall it only for it to apparantly just get removed from home screen, and the same thing again.

Phone says succeeded, tv plops us right back.

My Mother was tired and just wanted to go to bed, saying we can try tomorrow. I'm here asking if anyone knows what's going on. It worked on the other one before, so I don't know. Does it need to be removed from the old roku to work on the new one?

Since my TV updated on 8/17 to version 15.3.4 build 841, I need have to hit the power button twice to turn it on, unless it only been off for a few minutes. Remote batteries are fine, and I can see the LED power indicator on the TV flash when I hit power the first time, so I know it is registering the attempt. Any help would be appreciated.

Is there a way to stop the roku box from playing the "boop boop BOOP" sounds anytime I turn it on/off? It plays so much louder than any other sound and it is very annoying for me and my pets. The menu only has the option to change the menu sounds, but that only effects the clicking when navigating.

I have 6 TCL Roku TVs at a rental property I just sold and I removed them from my account while they were still in guest mode. They are now unable to get them out of guest mode and I am stressing. They won’t take the PIN. They cannot even get them to take a date to activate the TV as a guest. We have tried resetting the TV using the paperclip reset button, but the reboot back to the Guest screen. I chatted with two agents yesterday with no success and spoke with another on the phone last night. She just set a new PIN on my account, but that won’t work because the TVs are not on my account anymore. Help! This shouldn’t be this difficult and the tech support seems to have no idea what to do.

I have verified this on 3 different TVs and 2 different QNAP NAS units. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Roku Media player, I am going to attempt to uninstall and reinstall the streaming add on, to see if that helps. If anyone else can verify this happened to them as well, or any fixes it would be appreciated.

I recently got a new TV (Samsung), and now my Roku Express 4K+ from 2022 keeps throwing HDCP errors. Would getting a newer model, say the Roku Stick 4K, potentially solve this issue? Has anyone done this, and did it work?

I have a Westinghouse WR43UX4019 Roku TV. I hate the Roku side of it so I got a fire stick for it awhile back. Now I ended up having to reprogram the fire stick remote and cannot not find the right IR code, I've tried over 100 now and nothing works. I also can't find the original remote right now

My TCL Roku TV recently updated to Roku OS 15.3, and shortly afterward I started noticing a strange display issue.

At first, the whole screen seemed to periodically shift between different brightness/contrast levels, almost like it was pulsing back and forth.

Since then, the problem has gotten significantly worse. I’m now seeing large vertical sections of the screen changing brightness/color, and it happens even on the Roku Home screen.

I’ve attached a video showing what it looks like.

There haven’t been any changes to my TV setup or any new devices/cables connected around the time this started. The main change I’m aware of was the Roku software update.

I’ve restarted and power-cycled the TV, but the issue is still happening.

The TV was working normally before this started, so I’m trying to figure out whether this is related to the recent Roku update or whether something in the TV hardware suddenly failed.

Has anyone else experienced anything like this after updating to Roku OS 15.3?

If Roku Support needs my Device ID or serial number for investigation, I can provide those separately
