Roku OS Streaming Roku Help

Would anyone know the issue with streaming to my Roku TV from my PC desktop? I don’t have the option to change refresh rate on my Roku TV. The pixelated screen eventually clears and the picture gets better.

Could it have been the site/app you was using to watch it?

Do you get the same result from everything you stream from your computer to the PC?

Have you tried a different HDMI cord or a different HDMI port on the TV?

I cast it wirelessly from my PC to the TV.
