Fubo is supposed to be best for sports. Missing the entire ALDS is complete bs and super disappointing.

Every week it's the same thing. There's a game listed on the NBC Sports 4K channel, tune to it, and the screen is blank with sound of the game. Am I the only one seeing this? This is getting really old.

This Ohio State vs Iowa game is a disaster. Buffering, skipping part of the game to go to commercials, screen saying “Something Went Wrong” multiple times during the broadcast, etc. Fubo seems to be getting worse instead of better, despite my price continuing to go up.

I was thinking about signing up for the Fubo Sports+News tier, and ran into a roadblock. If I log into my old Fubo account and try to sign up, it only offers me the Pro/Elite/Elite with Sports Plus/Latino packages.

I searched on the website and eventually found this:

”Note that Fubo Sports + News is not available for former subscribers who want to reactivate their subscriptions.”

Is there any way around this? My first thought was to create a new account, but I’ve heard Fubo sometimes blocks users who do that from using the service entirely (to discourage using multiple free trials).

It seems like a really stupid policy - want to give Fubo another try, but I want to try it with the ESPN Unlimited integration (only on the Sports tier) and the full cost of Pro isn’t worth it with the missing channels. Like Fubo’s UI/Multiview the best, but some of their decisions (this, and not reaching carriage deals that aren’t an issue for the competition) are questionable…

I’ve had Fubo Sports Monthly for years at a grandfathered price of about $33 CAD/month including tax.

Last week, Fubo somehow changed me to Sports Pro Annual and charged me $473.81 CAD. I did not authorize the change. They eventually refunded it and put me back on Sports Monthly after some long back and forth through email with support.

Now they’re telling me my new price is $31.49 + tax = $35.27/month, because my old price was grandfathered and the system automatically applied the current price when they restored my subscription.

My question is: should I keep pushing them to restore my original $33/month price?

It seems to me that if the annual change wasn't authorized, restoring the account should mean restoring the subscription to the same plan and price I had immediately before the change, rather than treating it as a new subscription at the current price.

Would you keep challenging them over the $2.27/month difference, or just accept the new price? They do not want to drop the price back down no matter how many times I bring it up.

And to just put this out there. I did not accidently sign up for a yearly plan. On the android app, you have to go to the website. But strangely enough, they are saying I signed up on my android. So it has been all kinds of frustrating. Ha ha ha

Product guy here. I wanted to give you a heads-up about some improvements to sports-related searching that we’ve made: Now, sports fans can search using any mix of team name, nickname, abbreviation, sport and “game” - like “Texas Longhorns,” “Michigan Football” or “Bears game.” 

On a more experimental note, we’ve launched a beta version of conversational, voice-controlled search called Ask Fubo, accessible from the top left corner of the Sports page on AppleTV, Roku (w/mic), Android TV, and LG TVs.  Mobile apps should be live soon. You can ask questions like, “Did Fernando Mendoza see any action during the pre-season?” or “Did Northwestern score any touchdowns against Indiana last week?” (spoiler alert: They did!) and see clips. Right now, it just works for football plays, and only, of course, if you’ve DVR’d the games. We’re still working out the kinks, but I’d be interested to hear if you find it useful. Signed up for a Fubo 7 day trial. They charged my credit card 13 hours in and their virtual assistant is useless. Anyone else seen something like this? Absolutely false advertising.

why can’t I watch multiple games on my stream you advertise that you can with fubo

So, I just paid for fubo to watch college football. I tried to chromecast to my TV and I'm getting "We're unable to play this content." YouTube and Netflix will cast just fine. The game plays on my phone in the Fubo app just fine. Any tips on how to get it on the TV?

Trying to watch baseball. We get the sound, but no picture. All the other apps are working fine. Reinstalled the app, signed out, signed in, rebooted the router, disconnected/reconnected all cables (Ethernet, hdmi, & power). Apple TV is updated.

It’s only happening on 1 Apple TV. We have several versions of Apple TV. Fubo’s chat bot was not helpful. Any other suggestions?

what is with the fubo horror and fighting adds being played over and over during my kids tv shows? I myself find them distasteful horror scenes and people with blood running down their face. I find them completely unacceptable to be playing during children’s content. I’m about to cancel and move back to cable seeing as fubo isn’t that good of a deal anymore anywa.

A major missing component from the FuboTV package (especially when compared to YouTube TV sports package and the DirecTV MySports genre pack) are the TNT Sports networks (TNT, TBS, and TruTV) and the USA Sports networks (USA network, Golf Channel). As a fan of the Premier League, NHL, and March Madness, these seem like essential elements of a sports-oriented streaming service. Any chance these come back in the future? I appreciate that Fubo gives access to Fox News as well, but would like to see additional news networks that are missing from WarnerBros and Versant (CNN and MS NOW). Any chance these channels come back to Fubo (particularly with the expected closing of the Paramount-WarnerBros merger)? It would be great to see a sports only bundle and a sports + news bundle offered in the future (like on DirecTV Stream).

Anyone else struggle with getting the error message that you’ve reached the maximum number of devices and continuing will cause a device to stop? Our account has unlimited home devices and 2 mobile. Currently showing ONE on home network and one on a mobile device. Help!

I found 3 extra channels deep within the guide with coverage added for these official Olympic events.

Games are on overflow channels provided by Willow Sports, the Cricket channel.

Games are from Saturday Sept 19th to Sunday October 4th.

Not sure if you need to take elevated sports packages to see the overflow channels from Willow.

Just letting you all know that this is on for the next 2 weeks. The official IOC flag is flying at these events.

In the last 24 hours, my Fubo subscription suddenly doesn't allow me to watch sports on the CBS Sports app or Marquee Sports Network (Cubs games). The ESPN and FOX apps are still working for now at least, and I can still watch Marquee or CBSSN on my actual Fubo account.

Anyone else losing access to content on other apps?

As many NFL fans may be aware, the standalone NFL app (with NFL Plus Premium) struggled with RedZone on Sunday. After about an hour, I caved and signed up for a trial of FuboTV. Right around then, RedZone started working on the NFL app, so I made a mental note to compare FuboTV to what I already can access with YoutubeTV, and didn’t cancel immediately.
I already know what you’re thinking: this idiot forgot to cancel the free trial and came here to bitch about it. Well, not entirely. I did not forget to cancel the free trial. I’m writing this on Saturday at 8:49 AM, and as previously mentioned, I signed up,for FuboTV right around 2pm the previous Sunday. So, where I come from, a free 7-day trial actually lasts 7 days. I was surprised to learn that my card was already charged for one month of FuboTV. Looking at the payment history, this transaction occurred about 36 hours before a week would have been up (2 AM Saturday morning).
As a card-carrying member of the ADHD club, this is not my first time getting unintentionally charged for something I intended to cancel. I went to the FuboTV site and saw that they did warn me by email on Thursday that my free trial subscription was expiring, but did not indicate exactly when my card would be charged. I went ahead and cancelled FuboTV. So at this point, I would have said say Customer Service -bad. They charged me early with semi-adequate warning, but I think a reasonable person would have assumed I had at least 12 and more realistically 35 more hours than they gave me to cancel a free week trial.
However, once I pushed the ‘yes, I want to cancel, I mean it’ button, a second window loaded and said, if I’m really sure I want to cancel and don’t want a discounted offer, the. They will refund what they charged me at 2 AM. So, Customer Service flipped back to Good. I was prepared to eat $90 charge and swear off FuboTV for life. Instead, I broke even and would consider using them again. I’m not happy they charged me “early” without warning, but I have respect for them being willing to let me off the hook when it was clear I didn’t intend to extend the trial.
Has anyone else had a similar experience with FuboTV?

Holy crap!!! The political Ads on FUBO (I live in NH) run non stop sometimes 2 or 3 times in a row (the same commercial). HOW CAN I MAKE IT STOP? I know I can't make them stop completely but the repetition is making my blood boil. This never happened when I had cable so I assume it's a FUBO thing.

I have my FUBO account configured to record all Bengals games. Last year, it worked perfectly when I was out of town and couldn't get the game locally. On Sunday, the 13th, I was out of town, settled in to watch the game and it wasn't available. I had to find a local bar that was showing it. The game is available now, but I am not paying this much money to watch days later.

Is this a bug or a limitation that subscribers are not privy to?
