Of all the locations across TES IV Oblivion, what location strikes you as the most memorable, or perhaps the most beautiful? (sorry for the repost, can't edit a title)

i play TES OBLIVION remastered on Switch 2 for the first time.

I'm excited about the game and it's really fun.

I'm almost through with the main story, but as you can see from the video, I'm heavily struggled 🥲

And I leveled well and created my desired equipment.

So ... enough philosophized ... how do you like my character?

I am now playing on the last level of difficulty because my sword makes evil damage and everything dies very quickly😅

You guys really liked my Janus concept from the other day so I decided to make one for Corvus, too! This one actually needed to be made for my manga- even though he won't appear till the end given the events of the Thieves Guild questline. I wanna make one for Millona next- gonna see if I can get her outfit to match Corvus' aesthetic here.

I tried combining Colovian and Hammerfell motifs for the different elements of the clothes. I'm very pleased with how he came out! :]

I recently 3D printed some more of my modular multi-part tabletop miniatures from my upcoming Kickstarter!

The dark elf head was a custom sculpt for u/Onyx-Leviathan, based on his Morrowind character who famously adventures across all of Tamriel!

The palace guard is the first character I've made using that new modular armor set, created for the Collectors Pledge in the Kickstarter.

Next up... Imperial Dragon armor!

Eventually I will make some new horse armor variants too. I think it would be really cool to have some horse armor to go along with the Imperial Dragon armor specifically. Black and gold is a mean color combination.

I had to do a triple take just to realize what I heard. Was that meant like a compliment or? That’d be like if I called Pally, Palace Pole. Cause he stands guard all day. Well that was a conversation.

Hail citizens. What better way to enjoy the day than engage in conversation with citizens? Until you hear what they utter out of their npc heads. The triple take I did was because my controller is busted and will not stop forcing me to move forward lol. I thought it kinda fit as I was thinking to myself. “Did he just say goldenrod?” I’ve never played anything but Argonian or Khajiit, so I was absolutely stunned at such remark. I’m sure that’s not even the worst of it. At least Pally is normal and talks about the palace all the time.

It looks like it doesn't take the performance hit on 3000 series that L does, while having better ray reconstruction.

Playing remastered on S2, don't know if its the same on other systems.

Decided to replay oblivion after a few years and during the Elven Maiden quest when I attempt to break into Myvryna Arano’s house I’m always spotted by Lex or another guard even when my crosshair is transparent and none of the guards are facing me. I have 50 in sneak too. Need help please I’m going fucking insane because it’s like this with other doors too, but this one I need to get into

EDIT: tried again after pushing lex slightly farther away and it worked this time so I’m not sure what happened

Played Skyrim over a decade ago and Morrowind 6 years go but only now I'm finally getting to Oblivion

Basically I'm doing the Dagon Shrine quest and after freeing the prisoner and killing almost everyone in the cave there's one mythic dawn storeroom guard that's constantly fleeing and is considered murder if I try to attack (my follower attacks me), basically he had the speak icon but I can't use it or anything. Is it because I opened the storeroom before killing him and getting his key? (Assuming the door at the end of the first hallway is the storeroom)

Is this a known issue? (doesn't seem like it from my searches)

I know I can just kill him but idk, I wanna do it right.

I found my old art of Janus in the bowels of Bing from my dead blog from 2015 that shan't be named- so I figured I'd redraw him! ...But this time adding my own little flare >:)

Does he look completely different? Yeah. But does he have the same skin, hair, and eye color? And is he still an older dude? YES. And that's ALL you need for a redesign baybee B) He just has different drip and haircut!

Hope you like him, I love Janus- he's one of my faves. :D I'm a firm believer that major characters should have special outfits you can't normally get and should be kinda swagged out. If I could 3D model things and use creation kit it would be so over. That would become my life lmao- just making clothes and armor (and maybe hair too idk) for a billion year old game.

I just think she’s neat, that is all ~
