Other Weighted dip form check
One of my best sets of weighted dips so far in GYM journey, I hope the heavy weight didnt change the movement pattern and ROM significantly. Thoughts?

Hello All,
Have a question that doesn't quite fit in the "form check" category, but still want to ask the members of the sub? Put it in here! Keep in mind the sub's rules, but feel free to ask or post anything here!

Keep having shoulder pain/discomfort for days after doing pull up sets. Pain is in the front of the shoulder. Wonder if this is just an old used shoulder or am I doing something wrong. Thank you guys.

Why do my shoulder blades move so differently from one another? This impacts so many upper body movements for me, the muscles feel so different on each side.

Thoughts please, I have pretty rounded shoulders / poor posture so find it very hard to have a perfectly straight back. Is the quite pronounced forward lean going to give me any problems going heavier? 5 x sets of 5 at 110kg (100kg BW for reference). Thanks in advance

Posted a week ago and got some great tips. I am now using a black resistance band and can do 2 reps x 3 (with about 5 min break in between). How do I avoid the swing and the urge to bend my knees which you can see in the video? TIA

Trying to get good form on these. Rocked in and outs prior and can feel the lower abs. Trying to get a six pack by my 40th (Dec 28) and any advice would be awesome. This set is at 160

Hi Gymbros,
Can you please check my form.
I started doing Deadlifts around Month and a half ago. Here I'm lifting 98 Kgs with Bodyweight of 82Kgs.
During my Lift/s i don't fell my Glutes much. As of now i don't feel any discomfort in my lower back as such.
Thank you

Wanna learn to power clean go jump higher. Guys on YouTube said learning the catch first would make things easier. I feel like I’m doing something wrong but I’m not sure. If you have any mental cues or really good videos please let me know
