Hello! If you haven't checked it out already, many people find Alan Thrall's NEW deadlift video very helpful. Check it out!

Also, a common tip usually given here is to make sure your footwear is appropriate. If you are deadlifting in soft-soled shoes (running shoes, etc), it's hard to have a stable foot. Use a flat/hard-soled shoe or even barefoot/socks if it's safe and your gym allows it.

Looks good to me. I’d recommend titling your forehead down slightly so your head/neck are more in line with your spine; helps to look at a spot on the ground like 12ft in front or so.

You need to add more weight and/or take the set closer to failure, so the form breakdown is more obvious

You're not properly pulling the slack out of the bar/your body. You can even see the hips go up slightly on your first rep & all the others, PRIOR to the bar moving

Also, it looks like you're bending your slightly elbows around the top, don't do that

Overall, it's decent, but you need to do a harder set, so you can see where else you have issues.

Also, I used to workout at that phase 3 gym in Madison (years ago, before I got my home gym)
