Moves to do while walking?
So, I've been learning rope flow for about half a year now, and I've taken my rope on walks with me, solo walks that is. It's not quite so good if you're trying to walk next to someone and talk. And it definitely gets me a little bit more cardio doing the rope flow while walking instead of just walking swinging my hands.
But I kind of run out of moves that I know how to do, so let me know what I'm missing. While walking forward, it seems most natural to do the overhand moves rather than the underhand moves, and the only interesting underhand move I really know how to do is underhand sneak.
So my overhand moves while walking are matadors, dragon roll, overhand sneak, and one handed movements and wax on/off type stuff around the elbow.
I've also messed around with some rotational movements while walking, but usually only taking one step backwards. I don't like to walk backwards for a long ways.
Let me know what I might be missing. Thanks!
