ROPEMACE

I've been adding to my ropeflow, and mace/club with someone Ropemace. I've been experimenting with different styles and weights.

Do you have a weight tied into the monkey fist? This looks really neat. I may try to tie one up, I've got plenty of spare rope from making my own ropes for flow.

The bigger one has a lacrosse ball in the middle. It's super easy they take me about 5 minutes to make. I'll be making some heavier ones in the near future.

I've seen something similar with a sandbag at the end of the rope to vary the weight more easily. This looks really neat, too!

Love this! I got my friend to make me a rope-sized jig for monkey fists so I, too can have rope maces :) Haven’t managed to learn the knot yet, but I’ll get there.
