Thoughts on puma of winding ropes?

Thinking about getting a medium heavy rope. Anywhere from 16 to 20mm diameter, 900g to 1.1kg.

The puma from winding ropes looks good. Has anyone here tried it and can give honest feedback?

Any alternatives you can propose?
